Dr Melanie Jackson should have been talked to about her bed side manners and her ability to listen to her patients. Currently i would not recommend going to cypress for treatment as I was made to feel like they didn't care about me

I cannot think of any aspect of my visit with Dr. Jackson that could have been done better or more efficiently. She ordered blood drawn and x-rays taken and both were done efficiently.

I was sent an appointment to my phone and I responded. Dr. Jackson was not aware of the appointment that was sent to me. Therefore we did not have a long visit. I did ask a question and she answered. She has always been able to respond to any question I have.

Recommendations before going to provider if I may need to visit a specialist instead based on the illness or if it is okay to visit the primary care physician. I would not want to take up an appointment or my primary care physician's time if I should see a specialist instead for a specific issue?! ;)
