I really don't have any suggestions on improvement. I am very satisfied with Dr. Fennell's care and attention during our visit. He always listens and always asks me if I have any questions. I don't ever feel I'm "being rushed out the door."

Dr. Fennell knows my health needs extremely well and made a suggestion to add Ozempic in order to further lower my A1C. When I told him I had concerns about that drug, he told me that it was all BS. I felt bullied into accepting this prescription that had some major side effects for several friends and one family member. There was no mention of diet or exercise that might also help lower my A1C. Bottom line, I felt disrespected as I walked out the door after my appointment. My former doctor of 20 years in Memphis would listen intently as we talked through my medical issues, then make recommendations for needed medication and lifestyle changes. Dr. Fennell is missing the face to face, personal approach. Instead it was a fast paced checking all the boxes on the computer screen with very little personal interaction. I don't wish Dr. Fennell any ill will. Frankly, I really enjoyed meeting him on my first visit last year. This most recent visit was not as enjoyable and I won't be returning.
