Don't change office suites. I went to the one I was seen in for my first injection but my second injection was is a different suite on my 2nd appointment. It's not a huge deal but just inconvenient when you're already having some mobility issues and you have to put into your head how far you have to go to get there and when you arrive you figure out you're in the wrong place.

I had to wait and hour after taken back to the room to be seen.

The only suggestion for support that would have helped me feel more comfortable in advance would have been just a quick heads up note on the email confirmation about what to wear, steps of the procedure, time involved, and if someone needed to come with me to drive afterwards.

I wish that he'd offered me the option of having a steroid shot.

The provider was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had that amazing customer service presentation. It was an awesome visit.

The Dr shared what the treatment was and why it was the choice for me. He explained what to do post treatment and to contact home if I had further questions or needed his help. He was very thorough in what I could expect post injection and what to do if further pain. He showed exercises to do to support healing. I was very pleased with my care!!!

Doctor gave multiple recommendations and recommend a course that I understood. Nurse assisted with the recommended procedure.

Only thing I could say that doctor was very professional and I enjoy seeing him.He explained it everything and everything worked out great

Dr. Brandon Hanna, made me feel blessed with my health, he is so easy to talk to and makes you understand him. He treated me with respect. I would be glad to go to him at anytime. He really has a great bed side respect. He did not rush me at all he let talk and answered all I needed to hear. He is wonderful!

Nothing could have been done any better! Very positive visit.

So one way that I felt incredibly unsafe in this facility was the fact that I was coming for help with multiple issues, like multiple joint issues in different parts of my body. So in my legs, like in my hips, my knees, and my feet. And I got told in a really curt, rude way by the nurse, we only treat two parts at a time, so you need to pick two. And I said, but all of it hurts. And she said, well, you need to pick two or we're not going to do this. And that just felt horrible. Zero out of 10 stars on that. And then the next thing that could be improved is for the people to not tell me to speed it up and to give me time to tell them what's going on and for them to actually listen and be receptive to what I have to say. I felt like everybody was telling me to say what I had to say really quickly so they could kick me out and get to the next patient because once again, they only treat two parts at a time. So I had to pick.

The reception person was new and did not completely check me on so I sat for 45 min before Dr knew I was waiting. Maybe better training?

No concerns with these aspects of my visit. Not sure if I'll have another space to mention: it was frustrating that the provider was about 45 minutes late for the first appt of the day. I got updates when I stepped out of the room and asked, but a proactive update or two would have been better.

I don't have anything about trust, but my concern was that the prescription that Dr. Hanna prescribed for me was denied by my insurance company. And their reasoning was that the doctor did not get it pre-approved or something to that effect. But anyway, I think the letter that I received said that the doctor would also get a letter. So it's for the lanocaine patch was denied by my insurance. So all right, maybe the doctor can kind of look into it and let me know something. Thank you.

When I was at the doctor, I let him know that I was not feeling well. And he said, this was viral, but if I did not feel well by Monday to contact the office, and they would prescribe me antibiotics, because at that point, it would no longer be viral. I contacted the office. on my chart at 8 a.m., they did not respond. I called the office, left messages for the nurses twice, they did not call me back, and I left, and then I called and spoke to the front desk twice, and then at 3.30, the second time I called, they assured me that they would get my prescriptions or talk to Dr. Hanna and get in touch with me. None of this happened. I showed up there at 455.

Stop asking me to fill out these questions. If I have a problem I will let you know.

I had gone to the Parkridge facility. And the woman downstairs within the whole complex was extremely rude. I didn't get her name. She told me to sit down quite rudely all I wanted to know if I was in the right building and I understand she was taking care of another person. And I said to her, I just want to know if I'm in the right building and she told me that I was threatening and to go sit down. How Ludacris is that so know I was not happy with the woman downstairs.

The doctor was very helpful and concern about me

Didn't have a wait very long. Dr Hanna is down to eat easy to talk with about my situation.

They were supposed to send a fax to PT people I want to use, but when I called PT later in the day, they had not received it. To my knowledge, they still have not and it's been more than 25 hours.

The doctor didn't ask if I really understood the use of the machine that was used before administering the shot to my hip. I really didn't understand I just trusted the doctor's judgment. But I would still like to know.

Show and explain x-rays.

Nothing. I came 2 hours early by mistake. 11:00 am vs 1:00 pm. Told them I could come back at scheduled time. Front desk told me that they could work me in and within 5 minutes I was in a room. Amazing! Dr Hanna is amazing! He listened to the changes in my symptoms and offered an alternatives. Woke up next day pain free!

I think having to go in every 3 months for a medication refill and it costing almost $200 is absolutely insane. They literally weigh me check my blood pressure and make sure the medicine and dosage is still good. To think of the things $200 could buy... It really is highway robbery.

My daughter went there with several issues to address and she didn't get any further recommendation for her care. We needed a referral to be seen ar SCENT, whom we've established care with for years and couldn't get the referral . Now we're left with figuring out our healthcare needs on a limited time frame. Paid for a visit with no results. Having to spend more money somewhere else.
