Having walk-ins and people with appointments to visit the same counter is terrible. I waited 10 to check in at the desk because walk-ins are having to give all of their information at the desk. I got there at 12:36 and sat down at 12:47. That's inexcusable.

This is just a small thing no big deal. I think the people in the lobby and upstairs at registration could have smiled.

The only thing that I don't like is the check-in downstairs and the check-in upstairs, which really slows you down and makes you late for your appointment. If there's too many people downstairs and you can't even get to the elevator, I don't like that very much. That's all.

New Facility is Awesome!!!

I would not change anything. My experience in this facility was by far the most efficient, thorough and caring service I have received in the Columbia area. Interdisciplinary care in one facility enables the physicians to promptly and effectively determine the best course of care. I am ever so grateful to have received treatment here.

I was able to have my injection quickly with Dr Wagner and it was the least painful injection I've ever had. He took great care in explaining everything and what to expect during and after the injection. Definitely recommend.

You shouldn't have asked us to come in for an appointment just to let us know we need to see a surgeon to fix the shoulder. Why not send a message in my chart and say, hey, we need you to go see a surgeon and make an appointment instead wasting time just to be told that.

Be more concerned about the patient's pain ? since the last appointment. Try to see if the length between appointments are in the same time frame. The patient will not have to stay in pain no longer than needed.

I went in for an injection in my foot and was alone and scared. They were kind, but seemed a bit gloomy and made it seem dreadful instead of focusing on the positives, they seemed to put extra emphasis on the negatives. I know you have to prepare a pt for what to expect, (I work in pt care) but this felt more negative than what was helpful for me as the pt. They were both kind, especially after I tried to lighten the mood, and I have no idea what they dealt with before they walked in to my exam room, but it affected me until it was over and I realized it wasn't as bad as they built it up to be. I'm sure each pts experience is different, but I would encourage them to enter the room with more warmth and positivity. Again, nice people, I don't want them to get in trouble, just trying to provide some feedback for growth. Clinically they were great. I'll go back and definitely trust the doctor with my care. The exam room floors and ceiling tiles looked neglected and dirty. I use several Prisma practices, and this exam room was no where near as nice and clean as the level I'm use to with other Prisma practices. Thank you

There is no privacy area between the registration window and patient waiting area. Please review office set up. Everyone in the waiting area can hear your personal information. That's my number one concern.

He was very professional. The needle in knee treatment was less painful but the ankle must have more nerves to deal with.

Well I was asked if I had had this done before and I have. But I feel like any post treatment regimen should have been discussed before leaving room. Had to ask how long should shot last. Didn't tell me how long it would take to feel better I'm assuming because I had a previous shot. I feel like at any visit no assumptions should ever be made. Just saying.

Support, trust, and respect were all present during my mother's visit, in which I was with her during her entire visit.

Better lighting and brighter walls to provide better medically work space and more patient friendly. Make clearer and easier to contact staff in a better way. Have the ability to get oan a wait/cancellation list on MyChart.

And this, this has appeared to be a meat and grease. We could have done that over the phone.

Appointment went great. The facility lacked signage. I was given the address but when you arrive the only thing you see is the walk in clinic. There is nothing letting you know the offices are upstairs. Happen to see another prisma employee walking in and was able to ask where to go. Every other prisma facility has great signage on where to go or the front desk person is time you walk in the door to ask. The front desk person was on the second floor but again how was I suppose to know to go to the second floor.

I got an appointment as soon as I wanted. Receptionist,tech,Doctor were all personable.The waiting room is super cramped and there is dead cockroach in the lights in the ceiling. Got into the room fairly quickly considering how crowded it was. Great treatment,I felt cared for.

The only thing I could ask is that to confirm which office that I was going to go to. That would have helped a lot. I wasn't aware that there was more than one office. So if they could just, you know, stress which office that the appointment is going to be, it would make things better. That's all.
