I am deeply grateful for the medical team that took care of me. From start to finish, I felt supported, listened to, and genuinely cared for. A special thank you to my doctor, Zach, whose compassion truly stood out. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed real empathy, and made me feel like more than just a patient. His kindness and professionalism made a difficult experience much easier to navigate. I cannot thank him-and the entire team-enough for the exceptional care I received.

Staff very professional and helpful.

It was a first time meet and greet doctor appointment. I moved to the area... It was absolutely perfect... questions the Dr asked he listened and understood. There was enough time for us to get to know one another and I'm excited that I made the right choice for Prisma Health and Dr Cousins to be my primary care doctor of choice.

Keep doing what you're doing and give the professionals back their free samples for their clients. Some clients need help.

I answered "yes mostly" for clean hands bc I'm unsure if this is in regards to my cardiology visit or my regular primary care follow up visit. The cardio nurse sanitized his hands the second he walked in the room. But none of your other staff ever do that.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Zach answered all my questions.

I cant think of any. Dr.Cousins is one of the best Dr's that I h Ave. He's never rushed. He's c attentive. Caring, and Absolutely knows his stuff!! Everyone there is very courteous, easy to talk to. I've been going there for over 20 years

Wasn't sure if there was a section on there that I can just rave about you guys. I don't think that there's anything more that you guys could do. Dr. Zachary Cousins is the best. He is the bomb. I've actually had my mom switch her PCP to him. Every time I go in, it's great. The service is spectacular. It's A1. And it's been a long road trying to find someone that can give you the level of attention and care that Zachary Cousins give you. So we love him and we appreciate him.

Cypress IM picked a great NP when they hired Zach. People person, listens to his patients, talks to his patients like they were one of his family members. There is more I could say but doing this on a phone would be rather monotonous. Zach is 100% a great provider.
