I've been apart of Prisma for some time and I have never been so disappointed in the way the doctor disregarded me. First of all I felt like he was not compassionate and his tone of his voice was not professional at all. I never want to see him ever again. Again I have never experienced being treated so inhuman by anyone.

The doctor is ok my problem is with the nurse. We'll this is the case : Dr. Wood told me I need I bone density test. I ask if my insurance cover it. Dr answered yes. I said OK. Later I scheduled my appointment and is 536 dollars and I call my insurance. They told me usually they covered but is up to the doctor how he reported. ( usually the nurse do that) Well is not the first time they do that to me, so I canceled my appointment. It's not right always is not good communication between doctor and nurse. And the person work in billing is the worse. I go this place for the doctor , he is good but everything else is bad

It was a very good experience. Dr Wood was very attentive and thorough, asked great questions, listened, and gave good explanations.

The visit went very well! Both the Nurse and the Doctor performed their services and care in an Excellent manner. I had a very positive experience during this visit, therefore I would have nothing to report for all expectations have been met. They're a very good team over there, The Receptionist, The Nurse, and The Doctor showed alot of care and compassion with good professionalism. I'm very glad to have met them for they did very well, Thank You for the share!

I really cannot think of anything additionally. Even the two ladies at the front desk (entrance A) are super sweet and kind.
