Dr. Mines and her staff are so caring and respectful. Dr. Mines is a very professional doctor who knows what she is talking about, and she shows that she cares about what I say. They let me talk and express myself, listening very carefully and explaining everything in detail. Everything is super clean. I left the office so happy with this first visit.

Nothing At All Everything Went Well!!!!

I don't think that we need to have a post-op appointment if it's not going to be a physical exam. We could have easily done that over a video call or online. I don't believe that it was worth me taking the time off of work to come over just to talk.

I think everything was great and I was treated very well by everyone. Dr. Mines was also very attentive to my needs.

The pre-procedure medication was not discussed in advance, and I only noticed it while checking in for a previously scheduled visit. As a result of them not informing me in advance, the procedure had to be delayed and rescheduled to yesterday.

Dr. Mines was amazing. She took the time to explain everything I needed to explain. She gave me my options. I love the way she cared for me and made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure that was about to take place.

Oh nothing, im sure the time gap to get the appointment is based on them being a great team. Im sure its many who feels that way. Im always laughing and it's in and out. they almost feel like big sisters. The ones you talk to about your sex life. You know! Im going to give it a 10 for recommendation but I don't want anyone else to make the wait time long. My hidden Gem lol!

Dr. Mines and her staff are one the most caring offices I have encountered since my move to SC and so glad I found her. I wish all of the Prisma offices were like this one: efficient, listens, and knowledgeable. I had a very poor experience at another clinic with doctor and staff in the Prisma system that almost made me leave Prisma so I was truly happy that I found her before I gave up on Prisma.

To try to get an appointment sooner, because now a day when you schedule an appointment, it takes four or five months for you to see the doctor and not keep the patients waiting. And I think I waited like over an hour for my whole appointment. My appointment was a simple appointment.

I have nothing to add. Dr. Mines is amazing and makes it where I don't live in awful dread of my yearly exam. She's amazing. Her nurse is great too. I was anxious during my exam (not because of them, just because it was my yearly exam), and she cracked jokes and kept talking to me to distract me. It made it go by quickly.

Well, I didn't actually get a chance to see the doctor. I was one minute past the 15 minute late grace period for appointments - So I was denied the appt time for that day - The lady at the counter was very nice about and helped me reschedule the appointment for next week.
