I can't think of a thing to improve on. Every person I encounter at this office-from check in to nursing, doctor, and check out is warm, professional, and my experience is the best it could be.

Keep Dr. Otalora-Rojas on staff , she is very smart and knows many of the other medical team members involved in my care. Her intern was also engaged in our conversation reference my care, she's a good instructor and facilitor.

I have no complaints. I feel very heard, seen and respected with Dr.Rojas. She provides the utmost care with each visit.

I was treated well at Preston Health and have no problems. They treated me well. Thank you.

The lady at check out (not sure if same as check in) was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I had to stand at the desk (that she was sitting at) for at least 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me. It wasn't until I said, "well I guess I'll just call and get my next appointment " that she even acknowledged me. After that she was still just taking her time and acted like she didn't even want to be there; much less help me. I felt that the lady acted this way towards me because I am of a different race than she is. The check out lady was not at all professional nor was she pleasant. My endocrinologist is the absolute best doctor I have ever had in all my life so I will not change practices but that check out lady had me thinking about changing practices for a minute. The check out lady just ruined my whole day.

The doctor did not have my records with SCENT previous care; with 2 months waiting for an appointment I thought everything would have been there for comparison. My primary care said she had the records; but the endocrinologist said they were not there - all attached to Prisma. I like your system; but for a new patient before seeing you should have all the pertinent information.

Dr Rojas is good and undstanding very good about what you should do to keep you in the best of health

Just in the labcorp area , those staff always have an attitude and very aggressive with drawing blood. I leave bruised up everytime.

The staff and Provider were the absolute best. The Provider is very knowledgeable about my health care we discuss every aspect of my Healthcare. Please keep her as long as you can, she's awesome.

I had a wonderful experience from the time that I entered the facility. The desk clerks greeted me. They were very professional, nice. I was taken back very quickly to get my vital signs and escorted to a room. And the doctor was awesome in listening to my concerns and providing feedback. My only suggestion is after leaving, if you leave a message with my chart with a question, it takes several days to get a response. So that's the only way that I would suggest improvement. Excellent service overall. I would definitely recommend a friend if they were in need of an endocrinologist to visit. Thank you.

I think Dr. Rojas is awesome. I don't feel like a number to her. She listens and ask a lot of questions to help her with my treatment. I wish I would have left my prior Endo long ago. I was just a number and the NP is an absolute B word. I look forward to seeing my Dr. now. She has definitely helped me in my journey.
