I wouldn't change anything at all. I received the utmost customer service and was treated kind and with patience and I was listened to and I appreciate that. I wouldn't change anything.

I specifically made this appointment in an attempt to find a physician who would look at the total symptomatic picture, rather than just at bloodwork results. But, Dr. Rojas made a "no therapy indicated" decision based on the bloodwork alone.

The nurse who took my vitals and A1C was unprofessional in my opinion. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt as it seemed like she was still getting used to the new office. She was frustrated with the computers and seemed flustered. Someone contacted her on her phone asking her for something which she explained to me then said "C'mon bro" multiple times. Just unprofessional language and an unpleasant experience. My blood pressure was high and I asked the doctor to have her to take it again at the end of the appointment which the nurse seemed aggravated to do. I always want to give those the benefit of the doubt like I previously mentioned so maybe she was just having a bad day but my experience with her was poor. My doctor is amazing and is very thorough in going over my information during my appointment. She spends a great amount of time with me and I am able to get any questions answered that I have. My experience with the nurse is no reflection of my experience with my doctor who has been great.

This was a good visit. All health care providers, even women, need to listen respectfully to middle aged women. We are not hysterical. ADHD plus menopause can have profound effects. GLP-1 should be offered as an option, especially if a woman has experience with disordered eating and a BMI close to 30

I can't think of a thing to improve on. Every person I encounter at this office-from check in to nursing, doctor, and check out is warm, professional, and my experience is the best it could be.

Keep Dr. Otalora-Rojas on staff , she is very smart and knows many of the other medical team members involved in my care. Her intern was also engaged in our conversation reference my care, she's a good instructor and facilitor.

I have no complaints. I feel very heard, seen and respected with Dr.Rojas. She provides the utmost care with each visit.

The lady at check out (not sure if same as check in) was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I had to stand at the desk (that she was sitting at) for at least 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me. It wasn't until I said, "well I guess I'll just call and get my next appointment " that she even acknowledged me. After that she was still just taking her time and acted like she didn't even want to be there; much less help me. I felt that the lady acted this way towards me because I am of a different race than she is. The check out lady was not at all professional nor was she pleasant. My endocrinologist is the absolute best doctor I have ever had in all my life so I will not change practices but that check out lady had me thinking about changing practices for a minute. The check out lady just ruined my whole day.

The doctor did not have my records with SCENT previous care; with 2 months waiting for an appointment I thought everything would have been there for comparison. My primary care said she had the records; but the endocrinologist said they were not there - all attached to Prisma. I like your system; but for a new patient before seeing you should have all the pertinent information.

Dr Rojas is good and undstanding very good about what you should do to keep you in the best of health

Just in the labcorp area , those staff always have an attitude and very aggressive with drawing blood. I leave bruised up everytime.
