My visit was a scheduled check up to assess my present state of hearth health. Knowing I have an enlarged Aorta due to (EDS) he has been following closely to document any change. He has subsequently prescribed a follow-up test to provide an updated set of data from the test done 2 years ago. He is very personable and seemed to know me as a person.

Answered all my questions. Was a great experience. Eased my concerns. I will definitely be going back.

Person at check out, was having a bad day, tired. or just has a bad attitude. She was not very friendly, like did not like her job or she did not feel well that day.

I had a very positive experience with my visit with Dr. Halligan and I thought he was very, did a great job listening to me and was very helpful and was quite friendly and I have nothing but high praise for Dr. Halligan.

Dr HALLIGAN and myself had an open dialogue concerning my present and future health. He listened as did I concerning aspects of my health now and in the future.

My visit was superb. I was treated with respect and felt valued.

First of all, I want to say no one was mean, discourteous, or impolite. Okay? Let me make that clear. No one was mean, discourteous, or impolite. However, hardly anyone, one way to differentiate yourself over pretty much anybody else, use words like please and thank you. No one ever says that anymore. And this place was no different. You know, what's it called? Step up on the scale, please. Thank you. You know, these are, I mean, hardly anybody says that anymore. And if you have people there who are older, they'll notice that. Granted, I'm not.

The requirement that you come 30 minutes before the appointment is bad policy. I was told that the reason was that sometimes the registration desk gets backed up. There was nobody at the desk when I arrived. I have been in that facility many times, and I have never seen a big backup. The CT scan was then 1 hour late. In total I waited 1 1/2 hours for a 2 minute procedure. Others in the waiting room were also complaining. You should have more consideration for your patients.

I don't know of anything you could have done differently to make my visit better. I look forward to my next appointment.

The nurse was somewhat rude and so was the scheduler. I had no problem with Dr. Halligan. Train the office people!

If the two ladies that checked out were not so rude, it would have been much, much better. If they were rude, that could be much better. Thank you very much.

Sent Dr Halligan a follow up with blood work he wanted to see and have not heard back. It has been 3 days. Would like to get a response to the question I sent in MyChart along with the data.

Everything was perfect

The receptionist was rude. She didn't say hi or anything. She just said, name, birthday, go sit down. Also, the TV had a really gross history channel murder thing. It was really depressing. The nurse was nice. That's it.

In my personal opinion, I've never been treated better by a doctor's office. Dr. Halligan's whole staff and him has always treated me with the utmost respect, and when I didn't understand, they went out of their way to make me understand. And he's been there for me since day one, and he said he would be there with me whenever I needed him again. So in my opinion, he was one of the best doctors I've ever seen, and thank you.

Dr Halligan and staff as usual provided, comprehensive professional care. Dr Halligan discussed my heart health with me and reassured me that my status is satisfactory. He reviewed my medications and was satisfied that my exercise and behavior will continue to maintain my heart healthy conditions.

I can't think of anything at all. Everyone was GREAT!! I really appreciate that by the way, because that is not always the case at some places. I am glad I found Dr Halligan also. I have liked and trusted him since day 1. Thanks a lot guys ???
