I truly can't say enough about Dr Springhart Not only was he clearly knowledgeable, professional and personable. He took his time to provide me with education and answer my questions. I left there feeling 100% confident and ensured I was in excellent care. And, that care continued with the nurse who was great. Thank you.

Dr. SPRINGHART was exceptional. We couldn't have been pleased any more with him. We have only seen him on two occasions. My wife & I both enjoyed seeing him and we have great regard for him and his knowledge in treating my illness.

The Doctor was somewhat rude...I was told that I should not see him again..."I should just deal with my age"...I am interested in seeing another doctor...

I had to wait 2 hours after my appointment to be seen.

I can't think of any improvements. Regional Urology is the benchmark for medical practices in my opinion. Dr. Springhart has exceptional experience, listens carefully to my concerns and carefully considers treatment options that he presents to me for consideration. I feel very comfortable knowing that he uses his expertise to partner with me for a preferred course of treatment. He advises me of pros & cons of the various options available. He takes the time to ensure I understand the issues and clearly answers all my questions.

Dr Springhart and his staff were very attentive and thorough. The only reason I answered "yes mostly" about did they know my history is because they read through my chart and asked about a few things and I told them a couple of new things (supplements I am taking - which weren't related to my kidney stone situation).

Excellent visit wouldn't change anything

I had an unusually long 1 hour wait in the waiting area before another 30 - 45 minute wait in the exam room. While this is unusual for any of my Prisma doctors, it did mess up my day. I know sometimes patients require more time than what is allotted, but I didn't have anyone update me on why there was a delay. If that had happened it would have helped.

I was surprised that my BP wasn't taken.

I am definitely satisfied with Dr. Springhart and his staff. They treated me with respect. They were very attentive to me and very informative. And I thank Dr. Springhart for help save my life. Thank you, Dr. Springhart.

Keep appointment times on track better.

Dr. Springhart could teach other doctors how to doctor! He's so compassionate, caring, affable and listens to me. He answers all my questions and takes his time with me. He's definitely my favorite doctor! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a urologist.

The wait time was over an hour and there were many of us that were waiting that long. That could improve. Thank you.

I can't think of any way to improve Dr. Springhart's Practice. It fits my vision of the ideal Provider's Office.

Everything was fine

I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor and nurse than I did with Dr. Springhart and his nurse. The nurse was very knowledgeable and answered questions that I had before seeing Dr. Springhart. Dr. Springhart was easy to talk with and had a great personality too. After my procedure he explained what he found and gave me confidence. I would highly recommend Dr. Springhart!

I was very much impressed with Dr. Springhart and his staff. He took time with me, was very personable, listened to me and answered all of my questions. I feel that I'm in good hands with him. There's not much room for any improvement!

My appointment was at 2:30 and I was told to arrive by 2:15. I arrived at 2:15 and was put in an examining room at 2:35 and was told by the nurse there was one patient ahead of me. At 3:35 the doctor finally saw me. The length of time he spent with me was about 10 minutes. I know physicians are very busy, but patient's time should also be considered.

Nothing. Dr. Springhart put me at ease immediately with his wit and charm. He actually had me laughing during my procedure with his sense of humor. It was a great experience.

I think what you works great , if it's not broke don't #@%^ with it Dr Springhart's bedside matter is great, he makes you comfortable but keeps things on a understanding level

Improving access is always the top priority when working with regional urology. Not for me but for other patients.

Being on schedule would really help. I need to know how to plan my day too. Seems very disrespectful to be late at every segment of the visit.

Dr. Springhart was incredible. We connected with him immediately. He was extremely thorough during our visit and he was very patient with us as we processed the conversation. He also took the time necessary to answer our questions. He is a gifted physician, so glad that we found him. His nurse was very kind and compassionate and explained our next steps extremely well. My annual appointment for follow up cancer screening was put off by almost 4 months by this office. My provider is excellent and had nothing to do with this that I'm aware of, but it just made me nervous.

Nothing as everything was perfect

My only issue was with scheduling. I felt like I could have showed up an hour later than I was asked to, and it did feel like my time was not really respected. That's all. Doctors were excellent. Nurses were excellent. Facilities were clean and welcoming. Everybody was great. My only issue is I felt like nobody cared about my time. That's all. Thank you.

Dr. Springhart is one of best doctors I have ever had and an exceptional communicator. The staff are excellent as well. If I have a complaint, it is not with them in any way. It is not pleasant to receive a test result of cancer 16 days before you can see anyone about it. I don't know the solution. Maybe a quick review by the doctor before release on MyChart with a note such as, "This is treatable. We'll discuss options." Not being able to fully understand the results and implications naturally leads to imagining the worst possible outcome. The internet is little help. It was just 16 days of worrying I didn't need to do. Thank goodness, Dr. Springhart has a way of putting one at ease right away. I'm not thrilled to be in this position, but I'm definitely glad Dr. Springhart is my doctor.

I know the physician are busy but I think their attitude could be better and more personable and courteous with patients.

Dr. Springhart was great. I can't think of how it could've been better.

For my condition, the medical team provided all the necessary information and support I needed to have a successful recovery. My PSA is lower (GREAT NEWS), and the after surgery visit confirmed those findings. I can't identify any areas for improvement at this point.
