The check in desk was down in the lobby of the building. It was FREEZING there. I was cold just checking in. The ladies that were working were wearing their coats. I felt terrible for them. They should have a shield up or something.

Nothing...Everyone did a great job.. very knowledgeable and comforting.. I look forward to my visits..

Nothing that I can think of. I was supported and well cared for by each staff member and provider. I was provided with a follow up appointments in a timely manner and given education about upcoming tests and procedures. They are wonderful and care about the patients!

I could not have asked for more professional, and courteous help. The doctor and nurses are absolutely wonderful.

I have been so well cared for over the past 5.5 years at the cancer center. Some of the things that are annoying are checking in downstairs. The doors constantly open so everyone is freezing or hot depending on the weather. It would also be nice to get some nicer chairs in the infusion room. The people are fabulous but the facility is not.

I have been visiting Dr Edenfield as a patient for over twenty years. He and his staff are always patient, professional, and warm and kind. I feel very fortunate to have them caring for me and cannot imagine any other persons doing better.
