The only thing I have to say is that Ellis was wonderful

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. The Stedman Hawkins doctors and nurses seem to really care, put you at ease and engage in communication that is comforting. There isn't anything I would change it was a wonderful experience and almost pain free.

You guys were great and I just wanted to say that the doctor was really on top of it. So I know that's not what this question is about, but I wanted to give him good feedback. Thank you.

I loved Dr Ellis as he was most kind, knowledgeable and explained how and what was going on. His nurse was most helpful in explaining the boot and how to use it. Dr Ellis was very helpful when I told him I had a Rolator and he told me I could use it IF I made sure the brakes were on before I turned loose.

Appointment request was to be seen for bilateral hip pain. Secondary to this was right knee pain. Upon intake with nurse I was told appointment was for right knee. Shocked does not adequately described my level of frustration as I was experiencing significant hip pain. Good news is that Dr. Ellis was understanding of my dilemma, listened to my concerns, and proceeded to treat me for hips and knee. Hips being the primary focus. Knee pain was related to hips. Dr. Ellis treated me accordingly. I am very happy with his demeanor and care. Also, kudos to the radiologist for understanding and her professionalism. Scheduling however dropped the ball on this!

Honestly everyone was nice, polite and professional. The nurse, I'm sorry I forgot her name that took me back and dr Ellis were both amazing

I was extremely grateful that Steadman-Hawkins offered the Shift Clinic for walk-ins, so we didn't have to wait 6 weeks to see my orthopedist. The process was efficient, and I was treated very kindly and professionally -- with good results. So, no, there was nothing more you could have done -- you did a great job.
