Well, the doctor told me what he wanted to prescribe me and when I went to pick it up at the Walgreens, I only had one prescription and the other one, the other two were never transferred to Walgreens and I'm waiting still.

They r all very nice

Nothing else was needed . It was a pleasure to have a doctor and a nurse that listened to my concerns . I'm thankful for switching to Dr Berkley .

Everything was amazing, so I didn't say anything in the moment, and I should have spoken up for myself. However, I would have appreciated if my chart would have been looked over a little bit more. As I was transferred from doctor to x-ray to blood work, I don't know if they were handed the file or not, but I am allergic to adhesive, and after blood work, I was given a band-aid. I kind of just left the facility and took it off, but in the short walk from checkout to my car, I already had a rash on my arm from the band-aid. Granted, not a big deal. However, something like that definitely would have been noticed if my file had been looked at, or at least read, and if it wasn't documented, then obviously it wasn't the young lady's fault. She was truly amazing, and again, it was my fault for not speaking up, but that is just something I definitely think could have used a little extra work. Thank you.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Berkley and he told me of his background and experience. He also had read over my chart briefly so knew somewhat of my history. This made me feel very comfortable and confident with him. That meant a lot to me,

This was my first visit. I was very satisfied with the visit.

My doctore she was very quick to get me in the office even for a inhaler refill. I was told by nursing staff I could not get a refill unless I came into the office. I had just seen her several times that year and thought it was unacceptable for them to say I couldn't get a refill unless I came in. The office was over an hour away. I will never recommend that doctore or Prisma Health to anyone.

Dr. Berkley listened to me and my concerns. He showed me a lot of respect. We discussed a plan and he has already started getting everything set up. I received a message this morning and made my appointment.
