Doc and staff were overloaded with patients. My appointment was for 10:30 AM, but I couldn't see Doc until 11:50.

The doctor and all staff were wonderful from top to bottom. I'm grateful to be in their care.

No recommendations. Everything is fine.

The service I received was good and respectful. I appreciate the service.

At this point in time, I think it best to hold off on any suggestions until I get to know the health team better. Fifteen minutes with them is like judging a book by its cover. I would rather read the book to find out if it is any good.

He is very helpful. He gives the medical professional advice. He also makes suggestions and that makes me, that puts me at ease. And I certainly enjoy the professional relationship that we have. I trust him. I trust him. He will be doing a procedure for me and I'm looking forward to it with ease only because it is him who will be doing it. Thank you.

I was the first appointment and did not have to wait for the doctor. I hate the long waits in the small rooms with nothing to do for sometimes an hour. I loved my doctor at this appointment! I can not say enough nice things about him! He's a real jewel!

Appointments ARE NOT AVAILABLE if have any issues to be seen by Dr. Flanagan. Follow up appointment for an issue that needs to seen for is cannot be seen for ~four (4) months. That is just crazy and considering moving to a practice I can actually be seen. Happy to discuss.
