When nurses call for the next patient, it is not always easy to understand, especially for seniors like me. Please have them double check the name when someone walks back. Both I and my husband thought we heard my name and there was confusion during intake process. Thank you.

You could have put directions on the text when you sent out the information that it was time for my appointment and been a little more specific about the buildings. You've got 14 buildings. I'm brand new in the city. It would have been really helpful to have directions once I get to the campus. Thank you.
