I would have preferred not to have to wait 3 months for my appointment. I have the highest respect for Dr. Bettner.

Was pleased with dr.I couldn't understand why they wouldn't fix a henea hernia that had come lose and was causing problems that was done 2017.So he told me sometimes they don't like to cause of scar tissue but he would set me up with a surgen and see what he says.Also sending me to check out gall bladder to make sure there wasn't something going on there before they tempted it. Got appointments fast and very pleased!

I was referred by my PCP and could not get an appt for 3 months. If you could improve on that timeliness it would help others.

I don't have any suggestions for improvement. Dr. Bettner listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.

EVERYBODY WAS GREAT !Got me appointment to get a colonopsy a lot faster then I was expecting!I can't complain!

I wasn't seen until 32 minutes after my appointment time. I know emergencies happen but at no time did anyone come into the room and let me know the doctor was delayed, etc I just continued to sit and was late returning to my office.

I should not have waited a year for this appointment.

I have seen many Gastro doctors and Dr. Bettner is without a doubt the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. He knew my history and was able to provide me with information I had never been provided with it the past. OUTSTANDING PHYSICIAN!
