Nothing comes to mind. I just want to get this Wipple surgery over with and put to bed.

I cannot tell you a way you could improve it. I can tell you Dr. Jones and his staff was totally amazing, helpful to me in every way possible.

Dr. Jones is the finest doctor that I know He has always been there for me when I needed him and I trust him more that anyone in the medical field

I haven't had any instances where I wasn't completely confident in my care.

I waited one and a half hours to see Dr. Jones. I had a 3 o'clock appointment but his office called me earlier in the afternoon and said that I was more than welcome to come in earlier than my 3 o'clock appointment since they had availability. I arrived around 2 o'clock and sat in the waiting room till 3 o'clock with no word about anything. I went to the front desk and they apologized for the delay and said that Dr. Jones was called out on an emergency . I then asked why didn't you call me back and tell me not to come early ? oh, we didn't know he was gone was the answer. I then asked how much longer will it be? The receptionist said it shouldn't be too much longer, and I said that was not a satisfactory answer. Very poor communication to patients left in the waiting room for an unreasonable length of time. As it turned out, there were 2 other patients in the Waiting Room that were also called with the offer to come in earlier than scheduled. What was the actual plan here? Try to get patients to come in earlier so the staff could possibly leave earlier for the day? I find it hard to believe that the Doctor simply left the office and none of the nurses knew he was gone especially with patients scheduled to be seen. I did mention this to Dr. Jones when I finally did get to see him and he apologized profusely and also said he would address this issue with his staff.

I don't have any suggestions because the provider and staff were amazing in everything they did.

None- my only issue is that the doctor was running 45 minutes behind so I was there for over an hour.

I think everyone did a great job supporting me and I don't think there's any improvements that need to be made. Dr. Jones and his staff are absolutely wonderful and they care about me as an individual.

My appointment was at 11:00, it was 12:30 before I was seen by the doctor. Had to wait an hour and a half. Could be more prompt with the appointment time.

Hire more surgeons like Dr. Wesley B. Jones. He is an incredible asset to this Hospital. He is thorough, precise, personable, and extremely knowledgeable in his specialty as well as adjacent specialities. He is the reason Icone back to Greenville Memorial Prisma.

I would have been more comfortable if the Doctor had seen me without almost a hour waiting in the examination room. I know medical professionals run into a lot of issues during the day. However, the long wait to see the Doctor makes me question my value to the Doctor and the organization. The Doctor did apologize for the long wait to see him.

Clone Dr. Wesley Jones! He is not only an incredible doctor but also an incredible individual! He has Always shown his genuine care of people, in the office, in surgery, in his lobby by helping a disabled and disoriented elderly couple, and via telecom / My Chart! He has my absolute trust!

Schedule should not be so heavily scheduled

This is absolutely the best team doctor that I've had any relations with. I just pray and ask you keep up all the good work in taking care of your patients. Thank each and every one of you very much.
