My OB doctor is the best. She was very theory made sure I was ok, checked me mentally where I was. Awsome appointment

I received the best care ever. Love Dr. Hartshorne. She always makes me comfortable and answers all my questions. The staff was very hospitable too!

I had been trying to schedule an appointment, but I was unable to schedule one with Dr. Hartshorne because they said I was a new patient. I had not been in several years, per her request.

Staff was amazing and I enjoyed my visit. It's always wonderful to see Dr. Hartshorne and her staff and the office manager was wonderful when she took my blood work.

Had a great visit. Dr. Hartshorne was attentive and compassionate as usual. Al her nurses were very nice and caring. Wouldn't change a thing.

Every year I give the same feedback and every year it's the same. THE BLINDS IN THE ROOM NEED TO BE TILTED UP. The fact that there's a window in the room of an obgyn is weird to start with, but if the slats are angled down (which they were), some pervert could watch the whole procedure with a drone. It's deeply concerning that my feedback is not taken seriously.

Work out a better system for being able to make timely appointments with my physician

I had a very long 45 -50 minute wait past my appointment. It would've helped if the front desk would've advised me the doctor was late.

This is a great practice. Everyone is very nice & helpful. So far, I have only had great experiences with all of the staff.

I just wanted to say Wendy is the best doctor ever and I don't have any complaints. I love her. Thank you.

Everything was great from the time I entered the office until I left Dr Hartshorne has a great personality and great bedside manners the check in and check out staff were friendly and professional good visit

One way to improve visit, which I did is to let the patients know if it's gonna be longer wait to be seen. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being taken back. I understand things get behind, but just a courtesy explanation would be nice.

Routine visits are booked up and difficult to schedule.

My appointment was at 9am. I checked in at 8:50am. I didn't get called to the back until 9:20am. So I was waiting for 30 minutes while everyone coming after me was getting called back. I really almost left and was looking for another obgyn while I was waiting. The Google reviews on the specific location all have the same feedback. The wait time is horrible and it doesn't seem to improve!

I had to an hour past my appointment time to be seen.

This visit was expertly and kindly handled by Dr. Hartshorne and all the staff just like they always have. Can't think of anything that would have made it any better.

Nothing just keep doing what they're doing

When calling to make an appointment, if the receptionist was way nicer, that would be great.

Had to wait too long in treatment room for doctor.

I absolutely love Dr Hartshorne and her bedside manner. She makes you feel welcome (all of the staff was very friendly and polite) and even though you know she has a zillion patients waiting for her, she makes time to explain and answer questions. I just wish that I didn't have to wait an hour before being seen each time I come. They did come out and explain that she was running behind but unfortunately it was not an isolated incident. It happens every visit and it's frustrating. I was there 2 hours and 10 min this past appt. Luckily I only have to come once a year so I try to overlook that especially since she is so wonderful and even agreed to take on my daughter as a new patient.

Not making me wait more than an hour to be seen by my doctor

I cannot think of anything more that could have been done. Everyone from start to finish was courteous and friendly and helpful

I never got seen I sat in the lobby for almost a hour after arriving at my appointment on time for a important health issue. I was not offered another appointment time or another doctor. And the Obgyn I was scheduled to see is not normally the one I see at this office I still dont know if I was dropped by her or why that had to happen. Do I need to find another office for services? These questions were left unanswered for me.

As always, it was an excellent visit. I feel extremely lucky to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Wendy Hartshrone is an excellent doctor,very caring, nurturing, supportive, frieindly and humble -more than a patient can expect for.Her entire team was supportive,enthusiastic and caring. Please continue this.

Dr. Hartshorne is an amazing OB-GYN and well worth the wait of trying to get scheduled with her. I just wish for those that have been with her for a long time, the last 15 years, there may be some way we can get on the top of the list to see her. And then just if we're waiting longer than an hour, just kind of let us know. Thank you.
