Not allow patients to bring pets to appointments unless they service animals. Certain patients like me have allergies. I was so anxious during my appointment. I couldn't really think about my medical issues. I did mention it to my provider. So, please ask patient not bring their pets to appointments. Thanks so much.

You need more parking at this hospital. I spent 30 minutes trying to park. That's absolutely ridiculous! A health facility? No. This hospital makes enough money to do better. Prisma Health in Northeast Columbia, is much better. Get your parking area, up to date.

I always feel truly cared for when I see my doctor. Dr. Peters takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and if I have questions, he listens patiently without rushing me. He genuinely respects my time and shows kindness and understanding in every interaction. This visit was particularly challenging. When my hyperglycemia began to act up, he immediately paused what he was doing to help me, even without realizing I had my glucose tube in my purse. Once I stabilized, he continued with the appointment. That kind of compassion and patience is rare, and I deeply appreciate it. He deserves a nice plaque for his outstanding care.

This facility is in desperate need of more parking. At times it is impossible to get a parking spot especially for handicap persons, you can drive around 15 plus minutes trying to park.

They were awesome. There's nothing that they did wrong. They did it all right. And I appreciate them all and God bless.

For the most part, it was good. The only thing I would say differently is the young lady, it wasn't the same nurse that who did the vitals, but the one that actually walked us out. She could have been more warning. Other than that, our office visit went great. I'm sorry, Dr. Peters is awesome at his job and we definitely love how he works and his bedside manner is amazing. So we love the outcome of every visit that we have with him and the staff.

Been more helpful for follow up. It's hard getting through on the phone. Then it takes a long time to get anyone to call back.

I don't have any trust issues with Dr. Peters. Pretty much everything I complain about, he talked to me or schedule a test or something to try and help me. And I'm thankful and I'm very grateful for that.

The hall leading to the office is always smelly. It would be nice if someone could tend to that hallway on that floor to make sure it smells better.

I have no qualms whatsoever with Dr. Peters office and the care provided by the entire staff and Dr. Peters. They have wonderful approach to all the patients. They're very caring. They're very intuitive. I don't think there's anything you can do to improve your service because it's excellent.

This was my first visit with Dr. Peters and he was great, he was able to explain what could possibly be my issue and had suggestions on what my next steps should be. I will be seeing him again
