There is nothing that I can think of. Everyone was great.

I can't think of one. The staff in it's entierty were 10/10.

I was not able to get an appointment with my doctor today. I saw a PA instead.

I don't belive NP Nelson office can improve on their trust and support they provide. Her and staff support provide outstanding services. The nurses and registration staff are true professionals, they explain each step of their processes, they are pleasant, neat in their attire. NP Nelson always know my medical history when she steps in the exam room, letting me know I am not just a number, but a person who is seeking care, she takes my concerns seriously, she weighs in the remarks from my other specialist doctors for follow on care. Which bring everyone to the table to ensure I get the right care. I am grateful her and her team is a part of my medical network. Rate: 10 Stars.

Nothing more could have been done. The team was excellent.

The building was clean and smelled nice. All of the staff was appropriately dressed with no extremely long nails or extremely ridiculous hairstyles. I was noticed time I came in to the office at the desk and dealt with appropriately. I love Ms.Nelson and trust her with my healthcare completely.

I was very impressed. Dr. Nelson and her nurse were absolutely wonderful caring I felt comfortable and I made the right choice and picking this Dr and I like the fact that they do a lot of the in-house testing for females and I had I had a very good visit and I don't like going to the doctors, but I'm looking forward to returning there. I have full faith in her and she was very easy to talk to and the nurse was wonderful. I cannot remember the nurses name but very professional very courteous and I made a good choice.

I received good care at my appointment. The staff is always prepared and up to date on my care. There is no excessive wait time. The only thing negative is that the walls are thin, you can hear the conversations in the next rooms.

Every visit I have with my doctor is positive and great information. Dr. Nelson is a very knowledgeable and great doctor

When I made my copayment at the counter, staff could have confirmed I have a zero balance. I paid twice, possibly duplicated a payment over the internet because I thought I had paid that bill already. I trust it was my oversight but they might have said something reassuring. They were excellent.

Overall, I was satisfied with the treatment I received here. My nurse started this great experience for me. The Dr Victorious, with professionalism and knowledge added to that. The checkout was smooth and last but not least, the professional that withdrew my blood was exceptional. So my all around experience was great, especially because I was really nervous. So there is nothing I, personally, would change.
