Never bring a new doctor to see you on a very complex neurological problem. The new doctor glance briefly at me and drew false conclusions. Failed to listen to me. Provided misleading medical notes. Never explain what she was doing and results or purpose of exam. Noted that I walked in unassisted. I came in with my wife walking with a cane.

I would not change a thing. The doctor and the nurse and I also had two training nurses we all kept me calm while getting Botox in my right arm. So I wouldn't change a thing.

The nurse didn't call me back until 30 minutes later, I was sat in a room only to be told, that nurse put me in the wrong room! After the second nurse brought me to the correct room I still had to wait on the provider for 10 extra minutes. I had to take my meeting in the room because it was now a hour later.

The receptionist checked me in as a different person. Because of this, I waited a long time to be called back and the Dr/Nurse was wondering where I was. The receptionist should have asked me for my birth date and if a picture were placed in my info it would be helpful!

No suggestions for this. The place was quite busy so we had to wait a bit for feedback on testing that was done. Other than that, very satisfactory experience.

This is one of the best facilities in Greenville, if not the best. It's hard to improve on a facility that has such a knowledgeable physician as Dr. Veerappan. The staff is also very courteous and well organized. I trust them emphatically.
