I was very happy with my care. I have no complaints.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/23/2026
Yeah, it just took a long time for them to, there was only two people in the office. We ended up getting me back there fairly quickly, but then once I got in the room, they said people had called in or something, but I mean, I sat there forever, and then they did a swab on my nose, and they said it'll be done in 15 minutes. Well, I actually walked out of the room to find the doctor, and then she looked it up, and she goes, oh, everything came back negative. I felt like if I didn't go out there and get her, I could have been sitting there for another half hour. So anyway, I was a little upset about that. I think maybe they were understaffed because people called in. I don't know. But that was the biggest part that had me upset. So that's it. Otherwise, she was nice. Bye.

- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/11/2026
The provider seemed in a hurry, yes I knew they were busy but I had ?s and had to ask the nurse to have provider come back. Provider did and answered my ?s thoroughly.

The pa didn't not check my medical history. I have Lupus and had to explain to her why I had steroids on my med list. If she checked my history she would have known that. I also left without a clear diagnosis. I did not have pink eye but was sent in a medication to treat it
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/4/2026
Improve handoff communication between staff members. The doctor was uninformed of the information I shared with the nurse. The visit felt incredibly rushed with very limited communication from the provider.

She was awesome, curries and tried to find out the most information about my gastrointestinal issues and send the pertinent lab order for me to have the best care assuming something was lurking beneath my diarrea and abdominal pain.

Prescription was sent to wrong pharmacy. I had my phone out and was even asked by the receptionist if they were open 24 hours . The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy . We were waiting at CVS I repeated CVS 3 times before leaving. The prescription was sent to 3 locations . After returning to the clinic 4 times . CVS said the prescription was tied up with the insurance and could not be refilled after waiting 2 hours. The next morning I spent 4 hours on the phone with insurance and 3 pharmacy's getting the prescription released we got the prescription 24 hours after our visit to the walk in clinic . We do not plan to use this service again.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/25/2026
Well, they took me right on in and I appreciated that, but it seemed like I had to wait a little bit longer in waiting on somebody, and I was kind of sick. But overall, they treated me real fair and real good and got me out of there. So thank you. Bye-bye.

There was nothing more they could have done. Everyone was so courteous from the time we walked in we were greeted and all the staff was wonderful. Great experience. We were in and out of the clinic on a weekend within 45 minutes!

It was a wonderful visit

The NP has good "bedside" manners and I appreciate that. But her diagnostic skills were a little laking. I am a retired paramedic with over 30 years, EMT instructor and an ACLS instructor for over 15 years. I don't know how anyone can listen to lung sounds for 2 seconds in each of 6 fields and determine if a person is wheezing or congested? I told her I had a mostly unproductive cough, but was never told to take a deep breath. I think she is a nice person and probably has really good skills. But she needs to pay more attention to what her patients are saying to her. Maybe she has gone from basic RN to NP with no real time in the trenches. Like I said I really liked her, I just think she needs some time on the floors.

Appreciate the records of my primary pulmonary NP being available for continuity of care. Everyone from admitting, nurses, x-ray, and NP were professional friendly and caring.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/2/2026

I believe we received plenty of respect, but there was blood on the floor that I think somebody should have noticed and cleaned up.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/11/2025
tell me what is actually wrong with me before prescribing medications.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/11/2025
Maybe mire instructions on what to do if I need follow up
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/11/2025
The check-in process was not good. People were coming in from the other side on the main entrance and cutting in front of me, seeing as how I came in on the other side. That's the care stay when it was.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/3/2025
NP Val and other staff were amazing. It's wonderful to know that this is available when regular medical is closed and not have to go to ER and face the long hours of wait.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/3/2025

- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/27/2025
The lady that took my weight yelled out my weight when I was at the scale, going down the hallway, walking Into the triage room and then again when she was telling the person who was entering it into the database. I can see my weight. There was no need yelling the entire hallway my weight three times! If I wasn't so Sick I would have been embarrassed.

Nothing, it was a meaningful experience.

I found all of the staff to be kind and knowledgeable. I have no suggestions for improvement.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/3/2025
A clear plan for exactly what to do after leaving the facility would be helpful- care at home, if you should schedule some sort of additional care appointments, what to do if there is no improvement, etc.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/27/2025
Everything was good.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/27/2025
It was all very good service
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/27/2025
While the two first MAs were complaining about a machine and then called it retarded then laughed about it while in the room with me. As someone who works in nursing and the EMS field I personally would not use the "R" word due to it being an outdated derogatory term. Everything else was perfect.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/24/2025
Everything was fine.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/15/2025
It was like everyone I seen didn't want to be there and was just trying to get me out as fast as they could. I hurt my wrist and not once did the doctor look at it she walked in order a scan walked out then walked in and just said it's fine and walked out
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/13/2025
I was in an exam room for over an hour. Someone should have at least popped their head in to let me know they did not forget about me. The NP did not even introduce herself when she came in the room. Only way I knew she was a provider was the name badge she had on.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/3/2025

Everything was very good.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/11/2025
Prisma health took away my sick time and call pay. Please don't pretend to care about an individual's experience. You only care about your profit.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/12/2025
Everything went perfect as always at the care today clinic.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/10/2025
Nothing, excellent in every way! I was very impressed and thankful this clinic is available!
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/4/2025

Your girl's upfront are not friendly at all, acted as if they were half asleep and hated being there,on their phones...very unsociable , unprofessional in my eyes...even the girl asking why I was there was just like...yeah whatcha here for....so uncaring
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/24/2025
In my opinion could not have been any better
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/22/2025
Deal with the rudeness of the staff checking you in. This is my regular clinic and I use the urgent care. I have never had issues with you taking my insurance. She wasn't going to accept me because you supposedly now don't take my insurance after having the same insurance for at least 8 years and being a customer for 9 years.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/19/2025
None. I was happy with the walk-in clinic experience.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/19/2025
I was very happy from the time I walked in the door. They were very careful with me in a wheelchair. I don't think they could have done any more than what they did. I highly recommend that place, been there before, and all the staff there were very, very nice and polite and listened to what I had to say. Have a blessed day. Bye.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/17/2025
You did it all promptly!
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/16/2025
We have always had excellent service Care Today Clinic I prefer to go there rather than wait for an appointment with my regular doctor. All the doctors. All the nurses treat us with the utmost respect and really care about how we are feeling. I would recommend them highly to everybody.

My BP was not address to me by NP....when vitals were taken was told it was high 188/100 which I realized as soon as mentioned. I had to ask NP about it and she said that is why she ask if I took any medication. She did not ask about what I took. I didn't come for BP so she did not talk with me at all....no recommendation to follow up with anyone. I told her before I left I would contact my cardiologist. If I had not brought it up she would not have said anything. She was very nice and I would see her again if I absolutely needed to. Just felt she had no concern in regard to BP. I know 188 over 100 is concerning high.

The three ladies at the check in desk were more concerned talking with the AMR off duty gal there then getting me checked in fast. Then while waiting I could hear them talking across the room about how much mammograms hurt. Which isn't something anyone who has never had one needs to hear. Which is the exact reason I almost never got one because of that lie. They should had been more concerned with their jobs than talking nonsense.
