I thought it was strange that the offer to pay the copay beforehand was $50 (I declined, and chose to pay at the office), but when I arrived at the office, I was told my copay was $25. Not specifically related to my treatment, but it made me tilt my head. I noticed that I got a refund months later from Prisma for $25. I would suggest fixing this mismatch in the system - if it is not just me. I was satisfied with the IUD insertion (even with the brief anxiety about the IUD placement) I did not experience the pain I was expecting without paid medication. I was relieved when the placement ended up being fine anyway. I received adequate communication from beginning to end.

The staff and physician, Dr. C were was friendly, kind & wonderful. However, the restroom in waiting room is in need of an update and cleaned & sanitized better. Paper towels were over flowing the garbage can and water was on the floor and sink area. I cleaned it up before I used it. Not a big deal and it was the end of the day, but it needs more attention throughout the day, for sure. Other than that, all was fine.

I didn't like that the nurse told me that I could go out the back door. I was standing in the room door (#3). She said that I have you checked out and you can go out this door. It was snowing and I had to walk around the outside of the building to my car. I have to use a cane for walking assistants. I didn't like that on any level. The doctor was super and she gave me a lot of information!

Everything feels forced. No bedside manners. Was scoffed at when trying to talk to the doctor.
