The young lady who helped me with my boot didn't know how it correctly put it on. She was very nice about everything and sweet as could be.

I was clear when making the appointment that I did not have insurance. I clarified that at check-in as well. However, the provider didn't know that until the visit was just about over. A nurse/MA caught that and let him know so they didn't charge my nonexistent insurance a $500 medical boot. That was nice, and the doctor helped me find a cheaper one on Amazon. It did however, make me wonder why he didn't know or wasn't told beforehand. I know I needed an xray, but I worry about the billing and coding and whether or not I am going to get a larger than life bill soon.

I felt that the care I received excellent.

I am very appreciative of Dr. Coats and staff as they explain things well and I saw an immediate improvement in my shoulder.

Waited 35mins. before I was seen.

Not a thing. Dr Coats was thorough in setting out a plan. He covered everything he saw in the x ray. It was a great visit as a new patient.

Dr. Coats provided me the information that I needed, and took the extra step to remove built up fluid in my shoulder. A very good experience.

My experience was as near perfect as you can imagine. I would not make any suggestions on improvement. I really like the staff, and I feel very confident in Dr. Coats.

If urgent care is being advertised then accept same day walk ins like it's advertised. Driving almost a hour only to be turned away to make an appointment the next day while being in excruciating pain was uncalled for.

Being prescribed a "boot" for a fractured ankle it would be helpful for the printed information to have noted how long to wear the boot, how much time to go without it, when to elevate my foot/leg, additional information that could aid the patient with its use. I was shocked to learn that I have a fractured ankle thur I don't recall everything shared.

Everything was above and beyond - knowledgeable staff - courteous, respectful - would recommend this practice
