Provide elderly parking (not handycap) closer to the buildjng. People with disabilities , but without handycap stickers have to walk a long way to check-in

Dr Poteat is the best. I asked about labs and knowing my history he was able to professionally answer my questions. I could never find another doctor that makes me feel as comfortable as he does!!

I continue to be seen by this practice is because my Dr and I have developed a beautiful relationship. My Dr have prayed with me when he knew I was hurting. My Dr listens to me to hear not just my complaints but my heart. Dr Tony Poteat is a great Dr I will be with him until whatever happens.

There's nothing you can do to improve the help and satisfaction I receive from Dr. Poteat and his staff.

I've never had a problem with Dr. Poteat or his staff in over 35 years! He listens well and usually orders necessary tests, when needed. Usually, you can tell when staff doesn't do well, because the patients change to another doctor's office.

My Primary Physician was out of town but received terrific care from Dr. Poteat and his entire team. The care provided at AMI is very consistent.

I had questions about gaining weight ask about blood work all good. Had no suggestions or offered no advice.

Well check with Prisma Health doctors is not a health check. They only go over your meds and blood work ( all this information is on My Chart) I feel that Prisma has hindered their doctors from practicing medicine. I also feel rushed by the 15 minute time limit Prisma Health allow for visits.
