The nurse was very polite. Dr. Gandy was very polite and he was attentive to my concerns. He treated me with respect and kindness. Also, he gave me his undivided attention when I shared my concerns with him.

Dr. Todd Gandy is a patience and thoughtful physician and he was the only person that took the time to sanitize his hands when he entered the room. Trust and respect would improve if others would follow Dr. Gandy's lead and just sanitize their hands. I believe that hand washing is very important for the safety and health of all patients.

I was hoping to get a doctor away from Orangeburg, its a surgical procceedure that I'm unsure if I will need this done at a hospital or as an out patient surgery or in office. I'm not fond of a procceedure done at MUSC Orangeburg. Also unsure what may or may not be covered with Unitied Health Care as for hopital stay or if it ia out patient only?.

Actually, my comments are not to how to make things better. I was wanting to make a comment on how very, very happy I am with Dr. Gandy as my pulmonologist. He is amazing. I just really like his office staff and I like him very, very much.
