I would like to say that the receptionist carried out great customer service. I had pressed the wrong buttons and some of the answers to some of the questions on this survey were supposed to be all threes, but I had pressed two by accident. But I had great customer service and I was well taken care of and the staff was great.

Just an idea. My reason is a hairline fracture of the ulna/ wrist. If a booklet or any information on my injury would be available to read while waiting; would be beneficial. Just another way to further educate your Patients.

Give directions on what I should do when I get home. Ice maybe heat?

The wait time!!!! Had a 4:00 visit and waited some time to be taken to a room, but then waited another 30 min

I think this doctor did as much as he was able considering my former doctor said he couldn't help me further. Obviously arthritis is not able to be controlled at this point.

I do not see a need to change anything. I was concerned about being behind in occupational therapy. But, Dr. Dew assured me I was fine and on schedule.

I was supposed to receive a recall regarding an appointment for nerve conduction studies. I have not received said call. I have no idea if a referral has been made. I don't know to whom said referral may have been made. I have heard nothing since my appointment with Dr. Dew. I am anxiously awaiting contact. Please reply.

The practice has gotten extremely busy. I think the nurse could be more specific on Dr. Dew's time management. I was disappointed on Dr. Dew's tardiness and lack of apology. I arrived early per clinic's suggestion. I started to Google options for alternative treatment.

Dr. Dew and the staff at The Hand Center were very organized and knowledgeable! I was so impressed and very grateful for their help with my pain.

Maybe more information about what to do or not do when in. Had cortisone shots in each hand left had did not work and I am left handed so not sure what to do from here.

Time management. I do not like waiting over 15 minutes to see the doctor. There were more than a 25 minutes in the waiting room and also 15 minutes after being placed in a room. Time management.

I would appreciate a clean changing table.

Th provider I had was experienced and that showed through during the exam...he covered all info that could have been asked regarding the reason I came.

Signing up for e check requires opening an account. That info wasn't shared despite my phone call. Clarification needed about opening another MyChart account.

Been clear about which office I was being scheduled by stating the appointment date, time, and location to be sure the patient has the opportunity to address an issue immediately. If a patient clarifys that the reason for the appointment has been misunderstood don't just transfer to voicemail mail but resolve the matter and contact the patient back with the solution

We had to wait an hour after our appointment. But understand when surgeries take longer. Thank you

He could have built more trust in me if he had paid more attention the first time I was there. The first time I was there, I felt like he just blew me off and didn't even look at the part of my finger, which was my concern. But then he told me to come back a month later, and then he finally paid attention, but I just felt like he didn't listen at all the first time I was there.

It felt as if the physician didn't listen to all my issues and jump quickly to what he thought it was regardless of the existing symptoms. He even stated he does think the xray would show much however to do an MRI "they" would need to have had an xray done. I can only think the reference to they being the insurance company...this was unsettling and even asked the technician, is this really necessary knowing it's not a bone issue? I have to pay for something that's not going to show anything. And it didn't. I was told well you never know...yes you do. We know our bodies. Not saying the dr is all bad just too quick to work within system. Just so happens I have a muscle specialist and he agrees the dr from this clinic probably missed it and in their opinion, I was right in what's happening. We started therapy which had a 90% decrease in pain after one visit. This was the day after I saw Dr Dew. Dew felt I tore a bicep without any pain in the bicep.

I had to wait longer than expected but it was pretty busy in the waiting room. I know emergencies come up. It was ok. I really like the new larger facilities.

the doctor would have listened to my concern and been willing to look at my finger where I had a problem more closely. I felt like he needed to use a magnifier or something with a light instead of just looking at it and saying there was nothing wrong. I felt like he just really made light of my concerns and the reason that I had been referred to him by three other doctors.

We were required to pay a fee at check out. We were not supposed to. I had to go to VA Community Care today and they were angry. We were not supposed to be charged. We are due a refund and you need to submit the cost to them. You need to call them and get this taken care of immediately. The Charles George VA in Asheville, Communiy Care.
