A great job was done by everyone involved. I am happy with my treatment and with my PT I know there is light at the end of the tunnel! I understand that the pain is normal and will subside. I would recommend Dr Brown and his staff to anyone needing hand surgery.

I felt the doctor rushed himself in and out, had very little to say. The x-ray technicians were wonderful, but I wasn't thrilled with the doctor. He really didn't have much to say. He walked in the door, he walked out of the door, he showed me my hand. The end. No follow-up at all. But thank you very much and have a blessed day.

Yes, my blood pressure was elevated when I come in for my surgery and I felt like that maybe they shouldn't have given me the surgery before I started and then after we got prepped for the surgery, things didn't go well so I didn't get to get my surgery like I should have because my blood pressure went way up and they put the nerve block in and it blocked and closed my throat in. So I'm just letting you know that I wasn't really pleased with the way everything turned out. But just if you have any questions, just give me a call. Thanks.

There is no way I could have been treated better or asked for better care. I felt completely respected and very well treated. All my concerns were addressed and questions answered.

I wish you'd sent me home with additional splint wrap. The splint wrap came off within 20 minutes of leaving and doesn't stick well anymore..

I'm not happy with having to do Nerve induction testing again. Because my other one I had done, cannot be found...

The girl at the front desk had the best personality. My appointment was for 210 and I got there early as suggested. They took me right back and Dr Brown came right in. I was actually back out the door before my scheduled appointment time. Dr Brown is very good. He is always very thorough and explains things on my level.

I had called a few weeks before this visit and asked for someone to call me back and let me know how much it would cost to have the surgery done, and I never received a phone call, so I had to get them to answer that question while I was at this appointment. So, getting back to someone when they call would be my advice. It would have made it better for me. Thank you.

The waiting room had an ocean wave noise maker that was quite annoying & repetitive. It made you feel like you had to go to the bathroom.....two other people felt the same way. Soft music would have been more approptiate.

I was respected during the entire process. I cannot think of any way to improve on it.

I need to have image work done which apparently is difficult to schedule. I am 4 wks out for imagery appointment. Currently, I have significant pain in my hands on a daily basis. Advil does not help much regarding the pain and my sleep is affected, as well. I am on a waiting list to be moved up if it becomes possible. I also realize that everyone is really busy these days .

It was a very good experience. Everybody was very helpful and very nice. They got me in and out in a very timely manner.

The Doctor Did InForm that he was done with my visit. Had me sitting in the room thinking he was coming back, but to find out he was in another room with another patient. I Also did not like him speaking out loud on a voice recorder discussing my business out loud and saying things that wasn't actually mg situation. I took off from work to do something that I Could have did over the phone. I wasted my time coming into the office only to get a Scheduled appointment.

Why is it necessary to ask a question about treatment based on upon ethnicity? We as a society need to move away from these group evaluations. I and everyone else are individuals and should be questioned as such. Grouping people never leads to a positive outcome.

I can't think of another way that you could improve. I was particularly impressed on the waiting areas that they were divided up into smaller areas but I never shared a waiting area but more than two other people. I was never waiting for any period of time. Excellent care.

My appointment was at 2:00pm and I did not see the doctor until 2:40pm and then he was only in the room for 3 minutes and during that time he did not seem to understand what I was saying about my issue and spoke to me like I didn't know anything about my own body. Try not booking so many appointments so patients can spend more than 3 minutes with a doctor and they may have time to be more caring for their patients

I think it's all a mockery of patients and they only make appointments to charge. This isn't healthcare, it's a business. It doesn't prove that they really want to help anyone. If you go to the doctor with a problem and they give you an appointment for 3 months from now, why do I want a doctor if I don't have one

The clinic staff were courteous and respectful. However the consultation with the doctor left me with mixed feelings. While I respect his straightforward approach to delivering test results, I felt like my input about the location and nature of the pain wasn't taken seriously. I tried to explain my symptoms and history, including my long-term use of wrist brace at night to help with pain while sleeping. His response felt dismissive and disrespectful. Comments like "well, you put your shoes on every day" this didn't sit well with me. Basic summary from my point of view, if later results show damage then something might can be done, until then live with it. I paid a $90 copay and lost time from work for this.

Neither nurse / medical assistant introduced themselves when they came into the room to assist Dr. Brown with the procedure. I had to ask them what their name was. Also when provided the consent for surgery (two pages) the nurse held the form asked me to intial without allowing me the opportunity to review and read first. However, I didn't ask for it either.

Running late and was frustrating sitting next to waiting room getting more and more frustrated. When I got in the first thing Dr. Brown did was to apologize for making me wait and briefly explaining why. That was something I have never had happen before and was much appreciated.

I'll just tell you that that doctor that took care of me was very good. And I think that I give him a lot of, I got a lot of trust in him. He did better telling me what's going on than the other doctors.
