Timothy Patrick McHenry, MD

I asked for a referral for a second opinion and was not given one. He left me in great pain after the examination with no relief. He just gave up on me.

No complaints.

Registration seemed a little botherd that they had to stop talking and help me. The Doctor McHenry is very professional and informative.

Nothing keep everything the same.

On looking back, it would have been good to have had an X-ray of my neck.

The doctor didn't mention anything about my MRI images and the description of those images only to say that he thought it was some arthritis. My description of my MRI images plainly explains it's a lot more than arthritis. And my tingling and numbness in my right hand s not from my funny bone!. I was instructed to pay the copay before being seen and I do not agree with at either. I was not pleased at all the Dr. McHenry. I am seeking a second opinion and a different orthopedic.

Drs need to listen to their patients. I know my body. I have to so that I advocate for myself. My past smoking history has nothing to do with my present care and it's becoming an issue. I'm just weary now and I have no hope for care to my spine. I wasn't heard. Back to square one with this fixation on my neck. A surgery that is 23 years old and doesn't bother me. I quit smoking btw 9 years ago with my 10th anniversary coming up in August. It just gives other healthcare workers an excuse to discriminate against me. It's soul crushing.

Doctor was very straight forward with what he could do and what he could not do. Very much appreciated on my part.

Dr just going thru the motions offering no plan for future treatment I will seek another Group Prisma was a total waste of time I was told I needed neurology spine Dr.. but 12 months away for appointment...

Dr. McHenry is wonderful and I trust him completely.

They didn't initiate a follow up appointment until I sent them a message six or more months later. Then I was finally scheduled a follow up appointment.

There is no other way. Dr. McHenry was very professional, knowledgeable & thorough. He was very caring & compassionate. I was very impressed, by his demeanor to get different tests done to get my problem solved. And when his nurse called the next day to make sure I received all the appts. & asked if the times were ok, I was so appreciative of that. It showed me he was concerned about his patient to follow thru like that. Thank You for putting me with a Dr. who cares.

Provide information to the patient when there is a problem and the patients wait last for an hour or more.

Nothing comes to mind. Everyone was professional and couteous.

Make appointments about 5 min longer

Be more understanding of the patient's concerns and physical issues. Listen to what the patient is telling you and not seem like you're in a hurry.

I can't of anything that you could do different. I felt comfortable and explained the questions I ask.

Modern medicine deserves modern facilities. Builds confidence the physians are staying up with current medical trends and techniques

No complaints. The visit was good.

I have not complaints at all. I hope all of my medical visits can be handled with the same level of competence and courtesy.

The nurse that did the x-ray on my hip was very rude and didn't me any help when when I could barely move
