I had a visit with Dr. DERSCH ABOUT A COLONOSCOPY AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS JUST A CONSULTATION AND THAT I NEEDED TO COME BACK. I HAD BEEN WORRYING ABOUT THE PROCEDURE AND FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER PREPARED FOR IT. MY HUSBAND TOOK THE DAY OFF TO GO WITH ME. GETTING TIME OFF IS VERY HARD FOR HIM TO DO.

Trust me to acquire a ride to my procedure just as i trust you to perform it! There should NEVER be two arrival times for surgery! This reeks of a lack of coordination. Ive worked the o.r. ; it has to be this way; is disengenuine at best. It also confuses and places undue strain, on the patient, the eve of a procedure they may already be nervous about.
