Quicker response on txt msg through My Chart but Dr Large and Staff did an excellent job and I am completely satisfied with their care.

Dr. Large was the best. he viewed my history and did not have to do any procedure because he could view the results of my PSA and PET scan. Gave me excellent info on a improved Prostate treatment that is HoLEP.

While there was no urgent need to be seen by a urologist, the time it took to get my initial appointment was quite excessive.

To long of a wait time once signed in for visit. Have seen 2 doctors at this office and both were 45 minutes to an hour after scheduled appointment time. I know doctors are busy but are time is valuable to us also.

Too much to get through the initial screening. A more direct path to the care givers would be nice. I keep providing the same info for each Prisma appointment. Seems like your system could retain most of the pre registration info. Same questions over & over.

Maybe a more personal introduction by the Dr. and a little more explanation about my condition and the medications. The explanation given was very good but could have covered things like how comon my condition is and more about how the medication works and any side effects. Overall I like Dr. Large and look forward to working with him.

The one thing that would have really helped would have been the surgical availability and the amount of time between this call and surgery was almost three months. It was three months, which is bordering on unacceptable. You need to get more surgical capabilities in a faster fashion.

Dr. Large was exceptional in all my interactions with him. Great clinical team. Will highly recommend him and your hospital system.

Asking more questions about what is medically concerning me.

No concerns or complaints. The nurse was so calm and reassuring. Very compassionate and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Large is an excellent physician, grounded and very skilled . Such a brilliant decision to bring on a holep surgeon with his level of experience to Prisma Urology. Would highly recommend making the procedure available at the Main Prisma hospital.

Then take person said you had my MRI but the doctor did not find it or have it prior to my visit so they did not really know what the results were except for what I shared with them which is very disappointing

it took 17 weeks to get an initial appointment, and, during that time, I had to remain in limbo for a medication that 3 other doctors refused to modify even though all 3 of them said it was causing hypotensive effects because they wanted the Urologist to make the decision...which resulted in 17 weeks of dealing with that mess before I could get in to see Dr. Large (who immediately changed the medication and shared that he could not understand the reasoning as to why three other doctors could not have safely substituted an alternate medication).... Dr. Large, however, is beyond fantastic!

Improve your phone system/my chart message system. Very difficult to get a phone connection, sometimes direct to "call back message" or else the quality of connection during a conversation/leaving a message which is static/garbled. It always results with a "call back" promise. Personally, not emergency situations, but a prompt/timely response would help to resolve or explain an issue. 24 - 48+ hours to me is not acceptable.

I needed more information on what I was supposed to do the day I was supposed to come in. I still don't have an appointment to come in for surgery. I need an appointment to schedule for surgery with Dr. Large. I have tried to call someone and no one has answered my call. This is the first time I have met down there. I didn't know anything about what was going on. I wasn't told. But thank you very much. I hope things gets better. Bye.

We waited to see the doctor 1hour and 45 mins after our appt time. Most all of that times was in exam room. Would have been respectful for someone to come in and apologize for delay and explain. Just knowing we were not forgotten would have been nice

Everything was good. Dr Large took his time and explained everything so I could understand it. He gave all the options and risks. He answered and explained all my questions.

I can't think of anything that could be done better. The whole staff is very well trained and they are really nice and concerned and caring and the doctor is wonderful, Dr. Large. So we have no complaints at this time about anything. Thank you.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and the doctor did not see me until 3:20. That is too long to wait for a scheduled appointment.

Dr Large was an excellent care provider explaining HoLEP procedures. The surgical procedure, recovery and follow up were conducted professionally, efficiently and effectively with a concerned caring attitude.

I am still waiting (three days so far) for Dr Large's appointment setter to get back to me for procedure date I need urgently. I am new to area. I learned the hard way to NOT wait for specialty offices to "get back to me" because they don't. I did call the appointment setter and left my one message (she must be terribly overworked to ask we leave but one). This frustration is not just with Prisma I must confess.

Actually this was a second office visit to discuss the procedure he's offering to do and of which I'm very nervous of having done. Dr. Large seems extremely confident in his ability which improves my optimism. It looks like I won't be able to put off having this done for much longer and Dr. Large seems to have viable solutions to solving both problems, large kidney stones and an enlarged prostate.

I have a lot of doctors and they are all Prisma and I like them all but I get so many surveys from Prisma about my satisfaction and I appreciate your concern but I'm going to stop responding to each and every one of them. I have a lot of other to do.

Your system requires patients to use My Chart to communicate with physician and his nursing staff. Would be helpful to talk with a person if urgent message needs to be communicated to the urology surgeon.

The only problem I had was that my appointment was at, I think it was, I forget the time, but they didn't take me back from the waiting room until 45 minutes after my scheduled time.

Waited 75 minutes to see Dr Large. No one advised me of the delay. Be more respectful of MY time.

The man in the lab is not as skilled as he needs to be. I had to go to another lab to have blood drawn because he could not find a vein. I have never had any issues with anyone else not being able to draw blood. I remember the last time he had the same issue, but I was able to endure his incompetence. Along with his incompetence, he was rude. In the future I will not go the lab for any blood work and will express this to Dr. Large if directed to do so.

You can't improve on EXCELLANCE. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff. I feel blessed and grateful for being a patient at Prisma Health. I want to personally thank. Dr. Large for saving my life. He is an EXCELLENT Urologist and a Great surgeon. He and his nursing staff should be commended for representing Prisma Health in the highest level of patient care and services

I think Dr Large was pretty complete with the time he spent with me and he gave me a packet to answer questions I might have. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I enjoyed the time I spent with him.

I had a great experience overall. My only recommendation is to provide a little more information prior to the visit regarding the preparation for a flexible cystoscopy (actually no preparation is required). I looked up the procedure and found this information on the Internet. This is a very minor issue and may have been overlooked by the FNP I saw before Dr. Large because we were talking about so many other issues during our encounter. Dr. Large's office is run really well, and he is to commended.

Dr. large is an incredibly intelligent doctor. I would trust him with anything that I needed done. He is very kind. He listens very sympathetic just an overall great guy a fantastic doctor. I wouldn't change anything about him his demeanor, his practice it all seems to fit perfectly.
