This doctor needs to look at a patient's complete history instead of dismissing them because nothing catastrophic showed up on the loop recorder in the last year. Knew nothing about my history. I was flabbergasted by him dismissing me as a patient since I have been diagnosed with CAD. Told I didn't need a Cardiologist. However I could give him a call if I decided to have the loop recorder taken out. I think not since you dismissed me as a patient.

Smoother process for establishing care. I talked to 4 different people after the office cancelled my appt with no notice because I had seen a cardiologist previously. I was finally able to reschedule only to be told I wouldn't be seen because I had a previous cardiologist. I had to forcefully demand to see the Dr, especially since I'd already paid my copay. Dr. Was lovely tho.

I was totally satisfied with my visit, so I have no suggestions. Dr Schultz is great. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the results of my Echocardiogram very clearly (with hand drawings!). I appreciate his expertise and will again try to see him should any questions about my cardiovascular system arise.

The provider displayed a very negative and combative disposition. When asked about one of the new prescriptions, his response was "go back to who prescribed the medication"-Amlodipine. At the end of the session, the doctor just got up and walked out without saying a word.

I do not have any recommendations. I trust my cardiologist and he has always shown great support and encouragement. He is very competent in his field of specialization. Dr. Schultz is a jewel of a physician. Prism Health is my preferred hospital. Thank you for the excellent healthcare I have received over the years.
