IMA is a well run program of Healthcare services - from the excellent doctors to the exceptional nurses and support staff. Kudos to their responsiveness when I message them regarding a need - they are prompt in responding and providing needed assistance.

IT IS TOO HARD TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME WE NEED. I NEEDED TO RETURN IN SIX MONTHS BUT HAD TO SCHEDULE OUT EIGHT MONTHS. I LIKE TO STAY ON NOVEMBER AND MAY APPOINTMENTS, AND I AM NOW ON JANUARY AND JULY.

For older patients on MyChart, if you can add for each appointment what the appointment is for rather than short appointment because there are few different appointments, they are all short. So we get confused. If you just add it like appointment so-and-so day for whatever it is, it's a shot, it's doctor visit, it's a lab, that would be greatly helpful. Thank you.

Dr. Lenz is highly capable, professional, and personable. I would rate him at the very top. He is knowledgeable, asks insightful questions, and conveys guidance in a caring and respectful manner. He is easy to talk with and listens carefully before giving advice. Prisma needs more doctors like him!

Good listener... kind and caring....

I had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM. I arrived at the time was told the appointment had been moved to 3:45 PM. That caused me to make an extra trip out there in heavy traffic. It shouldn't be too hard for someone to notify me of the change of time. My daughter also goes to my appointment and likewise arrived at 10 AM. but had to leave for the later time. I wish your appointment scheduler would get on the ball.

There's nothing more that could be done. Dr. Lenz & staff are wonderful, efficient and professional. I consider myself extremely lucky to be a patient of Dr. Lenz.

I'm always impressed on my annual wellness checks at how there is rarely more than one or two people waiting in the waiting area of my doctor especially considering there are four doctors in this particular section of the building. Seems that visits are well organized and stay on schedule. Nice not having to wait more than a few minutes.

BE MORE AWARE OF BY CONCERNS THAT I FILLED OUT ON THE WELLNESS QUESTIONNAIRE.

This is probably out of their hands, but I was scheduled for a stress test that is almost a month and a half away. Considering that this is related to a possible heart issue, i thought the Prisma group would have been a little more responsive.

Always the best and prompt care

Offer better information about the possible locations of my required follow up test procedure, so that I could have completed the scheduling of that during checkout, rather than leaving and having to take care of it myself.
