I don't have any suggestions. I was VERY pleased with my excellent care (knowledgeable staff) and the facility.

I did not an issue with this interaction with Prisma Health. Dr Chambliss is one of the reasons I still go to Prisma care for primary care

Allot more time for interaction with doctor. I believe Prisma more interested in billing hours than the wellbeing of the patient

As always, I have excellent visits as well as an excellent doctor and head nurse. Reception is always very patient polite and excellent.

Before the visit ends, ask the question "Do you have any questions?" Proactively give the patient the opportunity to be certain that they haven't forgotten anything before leaving the appointment. Conversation can get off track unintentionally at times, and resetting before completing the appointment would be beneficial to be certain there isn't anything that gets missed. In my case, I forgot to ask about a specific vaccine I will be due for soon. No big deal - it's a small question, but sometimes there are bigger questions that might not otherwise get asked without specifically prompting a patient to do so.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes in the exam room waiting on the Dr. That was more time than the actual visit with the Dr.

Nothing I can think of. The nurse is quick to answer any questions On MyChart. I trust Dr. Chambliss with my life. He has never steered me wrong.

Checking in and out was confusing, my appointments was at lunch time

The only thing I was a little concerned about, and this has seemed to have happened the last couple of times, is once the nurse finished, the wait time was a little longer than I would like, and I don't know if y'all have just got more patience, but usually before the last couple of times, the doctor got in there pretty quickly, and this time and the time before, I probably had to wait maybe 20 minutes.

This appointment has the dubious honor of being the longest time waiting for the Doctor. My appointment was for 11:00am. The nurse had me back in a room and done with her part by 11:05 am. Her last words were "the doctor will be in shortly". Well the doctor came in the room at11:55am. So I waited for 50 minutes without anyone ever saying anything to me. When the doctor finally came he did say " sorry I'm so late." Strangely enough I wasn't angry about any of this but rather just disappointed in the system. Seems sad we can't do better than this.

Not sure. Felt both Dr Chambliss and his nurse were excellent.

Dr Should check patient's chart and tests. He did not even check the abnormal blood tests. I told him about the abnormal blood tests. It is very scary....! Some people can not check my chart. If tests are abnormal high or Low. He need to pay more attention.

My doctor and the entire staff (nurses, lab techs, check-in persons, etc.) always treat me with the upmost respect and care. Dr Chambliss is excellent. He completely goes through your chart, takes blood pressure, checks heart, medications you are taking and asking if you have any problems or questions. Very thorough.

Dr. Chambliss was very responsive to my request for a second opinion and a referral...I appreciate his concern and advice

Probing questions about my health.

PCP knows I have several specialists who handle my problems. Since this was a short visit 6 month follow-up, did not want much detail about what's been going on. Ordered needed meds.
