MaleAbout Thomas Michael Schaller
Dr. Schaller received his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Michigan State University/Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. Following his residency, Dr. Schaller completed an orthopaedic trauma fellowship at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Schaller has been focused on resident education in conjunction with the clinical practice of orthopaedic trauma. He has been a faculty member for 10 years with AO Trauma, an international organization dedicated to the advancement of fracture repair techniques and education of resident physicians and operating room personnel. As an active member of both AO Trauma and the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, Dr. Schaller has enjoyed teaching at many resident courses affiliated with these organizations over 10 years, and has been honored with awards for excellence in resident education at both MSU/KCMS and USC School of Medicine Greenville.

The staff was professional and pleasant. I have had many visits to the hospital for multiple reasons and a stem cell transplant. I would recommend this facility for anyone!
