Would like more reading material on specific treatments. example, medications, dietary measures to help with migraine, or practical neuro assessments broken down by age. What steps to take action for immediate and long term investment in brain health with managing migraines post concussion. To be clear Dr Fox goes above and beyond to listen to me and engage me in my care. Just a thought for the material read recommendation.

Great visit

I felt that I was brushed off for the first time ever with Dr. Fox. Anxiety and depression are not always what is going on with patients. I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously.

Maybe first ask patient if the student intern can spend a few minutes before doctor arrives. It was fine for me but others may be put off by this or not comfortable.

All went very smoothly and professionally. It's like visiting friends.

Provided clear instructions on where to go to complete the visit. I needed to do blood work, the nurse instructed me to go to the building. Next building? I verified with the checkout desk associate who was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions. Nevertheless, my Neurologist is the best doctor always listen and is patient with me.

Appointment schedule is very long!

All good just didn't get notified that there would be another procedure after the spinal tap.

In the exam room, there was strange/unprofessional spray marks at the light switch. Looks like a cleaning product might have discolored the paint (to a totally different color) all around the switch and dripped down quite a bit as well.

Th nurse was on a personal phone call when she came back in to take my blood pressure 2nd time per Dr. Fox's instruction. She did not tell us we were done and show to us out. We waited for 15 minutes until my husband went to check in and found out we could leave. Nurse did show us out then. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr Fox is an excellent doctor and his team is always kind and courteous. My only concern is that it's hard to get follow up appointments within the time frame Dr. Fox recommends on account of his busy schedule.

Already a benchmark of care was set. Love the people in this office. Dr. Fox is my favorite Dr. That's saying a lot considering my extensive medical history. Please share this with him.

I stood in line waiting to register for over 12 minutes. You need a second person at registration to check people in this was my second visit to Dr. Fox and the same thing happened the first visit. There was a young lady at the registration desk that was taking up much time with the registrar with very long stories about her family and her kids and why she couldn't do this appointment or that appointment. It was ridiculous. One person cannot handle the check-in process there as is what I experienced on both visits. You just have to do better to stand and wait in line and listen to Someone ahead of you go on and on and on and she didn't get managed in the way she should have been and there were people lined up behind me, trying to check in as well thank you

I always get good care from Dr. Fox. He is very thorough and caring.

I have known Dr. Fox since 2003, he is the only neurologist I have ever had touch me. When he retires, I am going to use my living will and check-out eighty-five years is a long time.

I don't feel confident that Dr Fox actually heard what i said. He was too busy forming his opinions. I felt like he didn't believe my list of symptoms.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was urine all over the floor. Someone needs to keep check on that bathroom and make sure it's clean. In the waiting area there was a man snoring loudly and another man talking loudly with his earbuds in. There was a TV on the wall, but it was not on. I recommend you put the TV on on a channel like HGTV so there's a distraction. The man talking very loudly and the man snoring very loudly Caused a lot of anxiety and stress before even going back for the procedure. The registration lady who called me back, never looked me in the eye never smiled walked me back to registration at radiology was not friendly at all and I wish I could remember her name because she needs customer training Once in the radiology suite everything was wonderful except the waiting room and the bathroom.

My wishes could have been listening to and the medicine what's offered twice which was not appreciated since I had already said that I do not like taking pills

Better understanding for me and care providers how to review / reference MyChart within different organizations for procedures images that were uploaded by the other health organizations via cd disks. To help aid in conversation and results. Overall very satisfied with Prisma the care givers and the keep in touch comms.

I can't think of anything to be improved. I was so pleased with my whole experience, and especially the kindness and knowledge of Dr. Fox.

The visit itself was perfect with care and attention. It just took quite a while to make an appointment and that appointment was initially months away. It took three tries on a waiting list to move the appointment closer to what I needed. I do understand the business of this office but I also want to bring this problem to your attention.

Excellent visit

Dr. Fox gave me one of the most thorough exams that I have had with other Doctors who have helped me with my Parkinson Disease. He was informative and answered all my questions. He offered support and respect, and I have complete confidence and trust in him. I would highly recommend Dr. Fox for persons with Parkinson Disease.

My only issue is how long it takes to get an appointment.
