A perfect example which is very true I came by your office and doors were locked and closed one of your staff members let me inside gave me appointment to see my doctor I thought that was very polite and special she works at the front desk I do not know her name

I feel like I had top-level care in this office and don't know of anything they could have done for improvement. Brianna was very nice and professional as she took me to the room and got my history. The PA and Dr. Baumgarten explained my case and answered all my questions.

I was very impressed with the doctor and his assistant and his nurse. They explained everything explicitly. Just didn't have any questions when I left there and felt very confident that they are going to get me back on my feet soon.

Dr. Baumgarten just did not seem to want to answer my questions. He looked at me with a puzzled look on his face the entire visit. He never opened my MRI to try to help me. It seemed like he thought maybe I wouldn't understand or something like this. And so I left with questions. And he printed a paper off, but he never opened the computer for me to show me my actual MRI and looked at me with this puzzled look and kept asking like, well, what do you want, what are you trying to do? Why are you asking these questions? What are you looking to do?

I had to wait almost 30 minutes in the waiting room before being called back, so the appointment on the whole went way longer than I thought it would.

The imaging (MRI) facility that I was referred to, wasted my time. They failed to tell me that insurance was not yet approved, until after telling me to go ahead and take the prescription med for MRI 'anxiety'. I then had to cancel the MRI because insurance was not yet approved.

I understand the reason for the student doctor to come in and ask the questions but I would've liked the actual doctor to of been in there more

I do not believe the visit I had could have been improved. I received the information/diagnosis that I needed & the doctor's comments to come back if pain persists. Also received an order for physical therapy.
