No all good.

I had excellent care!

All were respectful. Was at ease at all times.

Can't think of one. Minus I was there for a nerve study, the rest of my experience was good.

Since I have memory problems it would be good if the doctor would put a detailed explanation at the web page on everything we discussed. Frankly I can't remember a thing from the visit so and I guess I'm being treated for memory loss so anything to help that process would be most appreciated. Thank you very much

Everything great staff amazing

It has been difficult getting care I need in various health needs being new in this area. My husband and I have had to wait months to get appointments. I will say the appointment with Dr Perry was worth waiting for. I was pleased with my visit with him in every way. He gave good input on why he was doing to determine the problem that got my referral to him and answered my questions.

Dr. Perry was fantastic! There is nothing I can think of that would have improved my visit. He explained everything so patiently to me and my husband. He answered our many questions and immediately had a plan for my care.

The treatment regimen discussed in person during my visit was not available at my pharmacy after the visit. I had to send a message through my-chart to request the prescriptions needed in order to follow the regimen.

Explain more about the procedure. What is the purpose and what do the results show

I wish the Doctor would have expressed more concern about my problems. I left not knowing what had happened or how to resolve my problems of numbness and weakness on my right side. The illness was severe and I wish the doctor understood that I needed answers that would help me to do whatever it takes to feel better. I expected more information & advice from the doctor because I feel that my problem is most definitely neurological.

Had all of that while I was at the appointment. Dr Perry is a good doctor and everyone is very friendly.

Dr. Perry was professional and caring. He listens well and responds with knowledge and thoughtfulness. He had a clear picture of my situation and my needs and addressed all of it. He created a clear plan going forward and understand what he is looking forward. I highly recommend him to other patients.

everything was perfect

I had a nerve block that took a total of 5-7 minutes, but had to wait with a 24/7 headache for a month to have it done. Rate yourself how this might have been better.

None. Dr. Perry is an excellent listener. He offered his counsel to me on a problem unrelated to the visit. He said, "call if it doesn't resolve and I can help." I believe him.

Dr. Perry was very respectful and knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions as well as the questions my family asked him. This was the 3rd visit... all 3 with Dr. Perry were, on a scale of 1 to 10, a 10!!! Thank you Dr. Perry!
