Literally nothing, my doctor gave me news I didn't want to hear and reassured me every second of the way and I didn't feel judged for a second.

I have absolutely no complaints with Dr. Stoikov or the nurses I encountered. Everyone seemed eager to make operations as comfortable as possible, and the doctor is extremely friendly and non-judgmental. As well as takes the time to explain things in detail

Dr. Stoikov is wonderful! She was able to immediately diagnose a long-standing problem and I trust her treatment choice. She took time with me to discuss, at length, the issue which I came to see her about and she pursued my additional concerns with authentic interest in providing me with excellent care.

Overall, I felt well cared for during my visits. One way to continue building trust and support could be making sure patients feel like there's enough time to ask all their questions, even small ones it really helps to feel heard and not rushed.
