My appointment went well. Everyone was so nice and I was promptly called back for my appointment. The staff at this location are awesome! Dr Seawright is very pleasant and knowledgeable and she took the time and really listened to my complaints and accurately diagnosed the problem.

Review one of the medications my Psychiatrist prescribed. More discussion of side effects I experienced.

Nothing. I was treated respectfully and I trust Dr. Seawright.

This situation is a little bit different than most situations. I have a couple of doctors following me and she is one of them. They generally defer to my gastro doctor.

Nothing else needs to be done. It was my first visit to the practice, and I feel cared for and am very happy with the physician I saw and the staff.

I was completely satisfied with my visit as I always am. I've been coming there for years and Dr. Seawright has has always treated me with respect and answered any questions I've had. So I can honestly say there isn't anything they can do to improve what is already working

I have a suggestion for the lab. As an older patient it would be better for the patients to use Coban intead of tape that is hard to remove from the skin.

I mistakenly paid with my personal credit card rather than health spending account card but it could not be refunded and switched to the other payment. It was definitely my fault but it would have been nice if this could have been done.

Hello, what I had a problem with was I had shingles and I was in a lot of, lot of pain. And although Dr. Seawright did prescribe some pain medicine, I feel like they could have followed up a little bit more to see if it was working and to see if I needed anything else because I am still in a lot of pain. And I'm afraid to use what pain medicine I have, that I won't have enough to be able to sleep at night. And so I don't use it during the day. And I'm just in a lot of pain.

The check in and check out staff were really nice this time.

Notes in My Chart should be correct has to what all my problems where and things where listed in My Chart that where not done to me. Physicians these days do not seem to care about like they used to . They are trying to meet the quota of how many patients are seen in an hour or for that day.

When my blood was drawn the tech found my vein right away. I hardly felt the needle going in. She was great! However the site was secured with paper tape and a gauze pad. I'm not a diabetic, don't take blood thinner. Thr paper tape irritates my skin even before I remove it. I didn't insist on the stretchy fabric bandage. I will try to remember to bring my own stretchy bandage next time. I think that should be available to all regardless of their diagnosis .

The people that take blood were terrible...it took over twenty minutes and at the time I was the only one...it has never taken more than five minutes in the past and I have been going to this practice for thirty years

Love the doctors , nurses and staff.

I always get the assistance I need and all questions answered including follow up calls.

It would have been helpful if Dr. Seawright had actually provided me with a prescription for the antibiotic after waiting a couple of days. And over-the-counter methods were not working. I'll only get an antibiotic maybe once a year. And I should have no resistance issues. But she absolutely refused to prescribe me one. And that is the only way for me to get better. I actually had to seek other treatment options in order to get my needs met.
