Tanesha Nelson is a native of Bonneau, South Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lander University in Greenwood, SC. After working as a Registered Nurse for eleven years, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University. She is a board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tanesha joined the outpatient Prisma Health-Upstate Radiation Oncology team as a nurse practitioner in 2023. In this role, she is seeing patients during and after radiation therapy. When not working, Tanesha enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
