At this point, I see no improvement needed

I don't think there was anything y'all could have done better. From the time I entered the door, people were super courteous. Never had any problems at the cancer center. Y'all are always above and beyond. I leave there willing to just absolutely hug everybody. I'm just not, I don't have anything I can complain about. The communication between the nurses, the doctors, and like even registration with the appointments is normally a 10 out of 10, and it definitely was a 10 out of 10 the other day.

I love Dr. Fanning. I tell anyone who needs a doctor like her to make a appointment and go see her. She is understanding, caring, and very smart with her career. She stays on top of whatever is new so she can help her patients. Treats me with respect.

By allowing ample/more time during the patient's appointment time with the Oncologist so that the patient doesn't feel rushed or pressured to leave due to the high corporate-approved patient quota list requirement by Prisma. I really appreciate when Dr. Fanning takes time to field all my questions and concerns, as this is a rare level of personalized customer service that is a breath of fresh air to the patient & in the healthcare industry in our culture today. This is one of the many attributes we appreciate about Dr. Fanning-she takes time to listen to her patients. She is an asset to Prisma.

My experience has always been very good when coming to the cancer institute. Everyone I came in contact with, registration, lab, nurses and especially Dr Fanning are always professional and courteous. Dr Fanning is so knowledgeable. She takes a lot of time to explain my future treatment plans in such a way that I am very confident I'll have little to no problems. Dr Fanning is such a wonderful Oncologist, I'd never go to anyone else for my cancer treatment.

I can't think of a thing. Dr. Fanning is amazing. The young lady that drew my blood was phenomenal. Best experience I have ever had. I have had many bad draws in the past. My veins run different than most patients and techs usually miss the first stick and I always bruise. She got the first stick and I didn't even feel the needle go in. And I have NO bruising. First time ever. I wish I had her name. I would like to give her a big SHOUT OUT.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/18/2025
I got the wrong blood work done. It did not come back before I left but I was tested for Multiple Myeloma. I was supposed to get th lactase dehydrogenase test. I messaged my dr the night after my appt. Her nurse wrote back that yeah it was wrong. With no planning to have it done correctly. This better not be billed to my insurance. With pre-existing conditions being a possible issue in new health insurance changes, I need this to be documented that it was an incorrect test and not billed to my insurance.

Nothing. I never dread going to my appointments there. They treat me with kindness and professionalism and it feels like they care about me. Thank you staff.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/4/2025
Can not think of another way that would make my experience easier.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/3/2025
By not placing Dr. Fanning on time constraints with each patient just so Prisma Health can meet their quota of patients processed. We felt rushed for the first time with Dr. Fanning and left my appointment with many unanswered questions due to the technical, intricate details involved in life-altering treatment based upon my terminal condition.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/1/2025
I think the professional service was rendered correctly I am happy with all at the doctors office

Absolutely nothing! I look forward to my visits. Everyone from check in to check out, lab folks, and Dr. Fanning's staff are so welcoming, courteous and caring. I can not say enough kind words about Dr Fanning! I discussed so many issues with her on my last visit. Not all were specifically related to my Myeloma. Dr Fanning knew something was bothering me as soon as she entered the room. She listened, offered personal experience and provided options for me to explore. I left feeling SO much better!! Dr Fanning is truly a gift to all those in her care!

Dr. Fanning is great. You might consider making the waiting area for the Cancer Center a bit more cheerful. It's not unfriendly, just kinda institutional. Trust me, this is a minor thing, but you asked for ideas.

My original appointment had to be canceled due to the doctor being out of town. I was given a new appointment time which was not the same as the one I was told when I arrived for my appointment. I waited over 1 hour. It wasn't a hardship for me but for other clients this could have been a real problem
