First of all, if the office manager would return phone calls to the patients, that would be great. I've had constant issues with this office for over a year now. She has yet to respond to one of my phone calls. I have called over six times. Two, the fellowship program and what's listed in my care is who is the physician is completely and totally confusing. That needs to change. And three, my 20-minute appointment for my autoimmune issues were absolutely not addressed at the last appointment and it was a complete waste of time.

Dr. Paudyal is one of the most uncaring doctors I have ever seen. She has no empathy and does Not listen to my concerns. She was not at all helpful! I plan to ask my primary care physician for a referral to a different rheumatologist.

It's hard to get a three month appointment. My appointment is in 5 months. Dr P is great so can understand how busy she is.

My doctor did a great job, I am just unfamiliar with this disease and foggy with my brain due to cancel. She was excellent and very caring.

The person that came and got me and did my vitals was in such a rush that I didn't understand her. Taking my vitals was a joke. She needs to be talked with. She had me almost running and when she did my bloodpressure it was high for me and I told her I thought it should be done over and she was out the door!

I keep being told that until my gut issue Is solved I cannot move forward. It has been 4 years since I have been in full remission and I do not see it changing in the near future. I had a 10:15 appointment and did not see the dr until 11:30. Just overall disappointing.

Nothing that I can think of - this office and staff are excellent!

Dr P is always familiar with my history and the notes and conclusions of other physicians I have seen. Most providers do not always look at the notes and recommendations of specialists. This can be very disconcerting and counterproductive for the patient. Dr P is always familiar with other doctors' reports, asks questions about my overall health and provides recommendations and care based on the big picture. I trust and appreciate her approach to my health care. I have no recommendations for improving her support or my trust of her.

Dr Paudyal is very aware of my health issues and very efficient with care.

When calling for an appointment, the person acts very flippant about no appointment available until December. I called my doctor's nurse and I got an appointment within 5 days.

Dr Sunita is so kind caring loving doctor. She is knowledgeable & very good listener. Always answers all my questions. God bless her.

At times I feel Dr. Paudyal comes across as aloof. I was diagnosed with RA 25 years ago. So I know my body & I have been blessed with excellent doctors treating me and my needs over the years. And at this time, I am happy to hear that Paudyal considers me in remission... at least that is what my labs show ( low inflammation markers). This last visit she asked me questions trying to understand what I was experiencing and I really appreciate that. I hope she will continue asking me how I am feeling. And that I can better communicate with her how I feel.

It might be better to check someone's blood pressure after 5 mins of them sitting down rather than straight after they sit down in the room

I feel like having one appointment isn't going to begin to get to what is going on with my health! I'm in extreme pain, haven't seen a Neurologist since my nerve conduction study. I have a narrowing of my esophagus, severe neck pain, hip pain and yet I don't see you for 6 months. I guess that's good news!

I feel there should be a little more flexibility on the time schedule of the employees and nurses. I had a little issue with the nurse when I went to get my blood drawn for tests that my doctor ordered and it was past 4:30 pm.
