My particular condition requires several possible treatments. One of the treatment options includes hormone supplementation. And my blood has not been drawn, nor does the doctor know my hormone levels at all. So suggesting progesterone without knowing my hormone level or what I may really be missing has me very concerned. It is a small picture based on just a biopsy and is not comprehensive. Thank you.

I had to remind the doctor that he was the one who prescribed the medicine I was on and why. He should have reviewed that information before my appointment.

Absolutely nothing! The doctor and staff provided great care from the first appointment, surgery and after care. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Saraf's surgeon is an excellent doctor. I'm very happy with the way he has treated me and managed my medical history and surgery. We are grateful for his kind and professional care. I just wish the staff would respond to messages and forward any questions to him when we write through MyChart. But as a doctor, he is excellent we're very pleased with his care.

Everything was perfect!!! The provider and staff was PERFRCT

I was told the scheduler for surgery had left at like 11:30 am and i would hear from her i called friday could not get in touch with her called yesterday. I left a voicemail in the morning and still haven't heard anything back and I've called multiple times today and keep getting her voicemail and all I'm trying to do is get my surgery scheduled so I can let my job know when i will be out for 6 weeks since it has to be planned

My comment is related to support. I'm on blood thinner, and when I came in and the doctor gave me a prescription, it was as if there was only one medication that I could take. The problem is that particular medication interacts with blood thinner. With a previous position in another state, I had the option of talking to a pharmacologist, and they would help me either figure out how to cut back my blood thinner to take the medication that was ordered or they would give me an option in terms of another medication that would be just as effective but not interact with the blood thinner. I think that's the biggest criticism I, that's the only criticism I would have of this practice in that there's no such thing as the only option is one medication for a gynecological problem. And, um.

I think I deal with social anxiety, which is part of my mental disorder. I wish there was a separate room that I could have sat in while I was in the waiting area. Because even going outside, there was still people coming around. But besides that, everything was perfect.

It was okay doctor visit

Overall, the doctor was very helpful and explained everything that I needed clearly, and to a point where I didn't feel like I was stupid or slow, he explained it to me. I could understand what was going on with my health and the reason why I may need surgery, and I really appreciate that. Going forward, I would think that they would provide somewhat of a card maybe so you would know if you do have questions where to go. I normally would go on my night chart, but if there was like some type of timeframe or at least expectations on when to follow up, clearly he did provide a date. He just said someone from the surgery team would get back to me. And since I do work during the day, it's really hard to kind of sit and wonder if this person is going to call from this

Give better directions to have labs drawn "down the hall". I went to Lab Corp. couldn't initiate lab orders. Went back to GYN office. Girl who told me to walk down the hall, came with me and brought me to another GYN office that had lab staff there to draw labs. Told her she needed to give better directions!

Dr. Saraf is always professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about my medical situation. I really appreciate him for all of the help he's given me
