The front desk staff seemed inconvenienced and confused about entering my living will into my chart even though I had been asked multiple times by my provider to do this very thing

Dr Pancholi and her staff always go above and beyond to assess and meet individual patient needs. We are grateful for their care.

Since I have a disability and need a walker felt helpless to get inside the office and had to call out for help to open the door. Needs a disability door access that would help people if they need help

Actually, it was one of the most helpful appointments from several doctors recently.

Dr Pancholi is very aware of my medical history. She can understand how my current symptoms are related to past medical issues. She can order tests to identify possible underlying causes. Her knowledge of medical issues is outstanding.

One of the nurses that has been there a long time was short and rude on a phone call!

Both the nurse and Dr. Pancholi were amazing. There's nothing that I can think of that they could have done to make my care and follow-up care better. Congratulations. Kudos to both of them.

Dr. Pancholi is compassionate and bright. I can't think of anything, unless y'all can clone her!

Dr Pancholi was excellent in every way. She listened carefully to my needs and was compassionate and took extra time she probably didn't "have time for" on her schedule, given that the visit was complicated. She so knowledgeable but also very kind. The medical assistant and front desk were not so friendly on this occasion, but in general, the office staff at this location are VERY amenable to my questions between appointments and go the extra mile whenever I need it. I highly recommend this office and staff!

Nope. The care was excellent.

My visit went very well, and nothing more could have been done to make it better. In fact, when my vehicle broke down after my visit, someone offered to help me with that also. However, I had already called for help elsewhere and did not need them. But I did appreciate them asking.

Purchase new blood pressure cuffs both large adult and regular. The ones there seem to be well used and one size does not fit all. Cuff size does matter.

Wish older patients as myself would be able to address all their concerns in one visit. As you age more problems develop and just not enough time to address only a few concerns at a time.

Keep the great work thanks appreciate the support and staff
