And I do not know how to make it understood, so I am keeping a log of my bp readings until next visit in the hope that he will understand about my interaction with hospitals and doctors. Was my first visit and treated well!

Better direct communication with provider's nurse on message/calls; i.e. do not direct calls and messages to the call center. Providers nurse or assistant needs to respond to patients inquiry. Yes, the lack of direct communication may serve the bottom line but has negatively impacted and delayed access & response times for the patient.

This is not our regular office for Dr. Maurides but had to go there because of the birth of his son. Thank goodness for the Greer office where ALL the staff is so nice and friendly. The nurse at Patewood lacked a friendly personal touch in interaction with both me and my husband. Total disappointment. Glad we don't have to go there anymore! As usual, Dr. Maurindes was his usual super nice treatment of us. Thank you, Dr. Maurindes

Dr Maurides and his staff treats you respectfully, addresses your concerns ensuring you understand the plan of care, and are very professional.

Dr. MAURIDES and the nurse could not have done more in this area. The doctor knew that my wife passed away less than three months ago and was very sympathetic. It was very comforting and supporting, and it speaks so well of him as a person.

My visit was very good. Dr. MAURIDES nurse was great and Dr. MAURIDES explained afib in a clear and concise manner. He relieved my anxiety. I feel very comfortable having him as my Doctor.

I have the most amazing Dr. And staff. I was extremely worried about my blood pressure only to find I had a faulty meter and that it was at more the 60+ higher then it really was. He calmed my fears and let me know if I had any additional questions to message in MyChart. My entire family on my father's side passed from congestive heart failure so I have been trying preventative measures to not end up in the same situation. I finally got a good night's sleep with my worries behind me.
