Dr. Martin and his staff have always been very professional, personable, and courteous.

Dr Martin is a very good Orthopedic doctor who explained why my left arm was not working at 100% and what my options were. Then he suggested a top surgeon to work on my arm.

Dr. Martin and his staff are the best. I don't have any comment.

The floors in the facility are horrible. There is scum around the edges of the cabinet base.

There are NO improvements needed...a well run practice with everyone being kind and helpful...Thankful I was introduced to Dr. Martin during a time when I very much needed a doctor who is interested in his patient...when I first fell I was a mess...

I have been going to Dr. Martin for several years and I have always been treated wonderfully. From the time I enter to check in until I leave at the check out window I am treated with friendly kind people who definitely show they are there to help me in any way possible. I have nothing that I would change.

Dr. Steven Martin is one of the best doctors that we have ever dealt with. He is a fine man. He's an honest man and he tells you everything that you need to know. I've never met another doctor that treats you with so much respect, so much dignity, and he's just a very kind man, and so is his staff. We love them all. We both go to him, and he's just excellent. We couldn't ask for a better doctor. And we had to travel a good piece to come to his office, but it's well worth it.

There is no need for improvement

The computer system was not working very well during check in so delayed the process. It was a system wide problem as I had the same problem when I went to the hospital for an EKG so it might be better to do upgrades / work on the system after normal business hours. Again it was a technical glitch so may not be possible. Staff was great!

I could not have experienced a better visit from the time I entered the front door to the time I left Dr. Martin's office. Every staff member was outstanding and Dr. Martin is an incredible doctor and human being as well. I wish others could experience their appointments like I did.

Staff and provider very professional. I appreciate the time allowed for me to express my concerns about my health issues. I did not feel rushed and felt comfortable that my issues were discussed and a plan of treatment was provided that suits me at this time and future treatment also discussed. This is a five star office!

Can't think of any area where I felt there was a lack of trust or respect

I was there recovering from a torn meniscus and thinking i needed a knee replacement. Dr. Martin took the time to look at my previous records and x-rays and felt like my knee still had some miles left before a replacement is needed. He suggested platelet plasma injections instead. I feel very confident in his knowledge and choice of treatment. I can't recommend him highly enough.

The care was excellent so I do not know of any necessary improvements.
