I do not believe that any care or interaction could be more professional than IMA. The staff, including front registration, nurses, and of course Dr. Graddick of internal medical Associates are the absolute best, I owe so much to them for my well-being, care & peace of mind!!

Okay, the one thing you could have done differently, not so much in the visit to the doctor's office, but for the visit for the lab work, the blood work and all that, I didn't get any instructions about whether I should eat or not eat or any instructions whatsoever to be ready for the blood work.
