Steven James Schneeberger, MD

Steven J. Schneeberger, MD, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a passion for both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He values the unique challenges and rewards of each discipline and enjoys caring for patients across the full spectrum of plastic surgery. Originally from South Africa, Dr. Schneeberger earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed his plastic surgery residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where he received broad, high-volume training in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He is scheduled to sit for his board certification examination later this year.

In his reconstructive practice, Dr. Schneeberger has a strong interest in breast reconstruction and the management of complex facial trauma, with a focus on restoring form and function. He also finds great fulfillment in aesthetic surgery, performing procedures such as breast lift, body contouring and facial rejuvenation surgery. Across both reconstructive and cosmetic work, he applies the same principles of technical precision, sound judgment and respect for anatomy to achieve results that are natural, balanced and durable.
